Main ap se totally agree nahe hoon i think her ek ki body different hoti hai jin ko health issues hai woh use na kari aur everyday 30 min karne se b kuch wrong nahe hota mere full body ko farq parta hai mainy start 10 se kiya tha aur ab roz 30 min karti hoon aur phir baki exercise b karti hoon aur mere bachay b operation se hua hai aur Masha''Allah mujha kabhi koye problem nahe hua Allah k fazal se🤗
