I've been using Spirado Black Art (B67 Frog) for years. Rated at something like what a 10-25 pound rod will behave but can handle up to 70 pound braided line. It cast 10g - 30g lure easily. It helps a lot to land giant snakehead in heavy cover, because we have to lock the drag at first. Just loosen a bit when we manage to pull the fish out to open water
Rod/reel combo with fishing kit as an emergency setup th-cam.com/users/postUgkxntWMOZsO1Zfv-pdn_XuffEtNkTYAYu4Z recommend but started to use this every day. The rod is thick and seems durable. I keep it neatly tucked into a regular backpack all the time with my fishing gear, and can grab it anytime, put it on my back and go anywhere. I just read in another review that the rod length below the reel is adjustable as well, so I will try that too for even more portability. Probably the best setup I've ever owned. I lost the cap for the eyelets, but no big deal since I still have the black cloth sheath that came for the pole and I use that. Very portable and high quality.
Hi. What is the difference between this model (Sinpaa) and Tobizio TC 83-150? They have almost the same specifications, just changing the casting weight of the baits. Which one is drier/faster? Finally, what is the difference between these and Expetidion 83 (EP 83S). I have an EP 83 S. Thank you very much
Nice review. Is there a recommendation that you can make for my particular need? I travel a lot so I would like a lightweight rod that will work for freshwater and saltwater shore fishing. I was thinking a three piece rod as I was told it’s better than two piece in terms of tension distribution. Also for packing into a suit case for travel purposes. I’m leaning towards a Japan made rod. Not sure which to pick.
Is the Fokeeto Twitch a good choice for dock fishing/wading in NY for striped bass/blue fish? Does anyone know how these compare to GLoomis Imx-pro Blue rods?
I can second the Fokeeto 78-2 Longcast, amazing rod. Paired mine with the Saltiga 23 4000XH. In my opinion it's perfectly balanced. This is my first Zenaq and probably not the last 😅
Maybe but we pay almost twice as much for anything here in Australia its hardly worth buying here seriously . I just purchased a TFO rod from Tackle warehouse in the states even with the shipping it was much cheaper than buying it here in Australia .

Hey Luke, do you ever come across any older Daiwa saltiga s extremes reels around a 4500 size? Are there any floating around down under there?
Hi mate we very rarely see those reels come through the doors. Normally they come in for a service occasionally
Thats surprising being they were made for the Aussie and Japanese market , scarce as rocking horse poo. Thanx for the reply. Tight lines
What’s there best swim/glide bait rod?
Thanks Sar

That first rod you reviewed is that good for freshwater??
What would be the best rod to pair with a Saragosa 10k? For bottom bashing
Stick to a Jarvis walker mate

Hey bro, would the snipe rod be ideal for boat fishing? I want to use it for dhu fish and ect
The snipe would be good for throwing soft plastics for snapper etc. wouldn’t be good for Dhufish
