Hero dirt on your track! Interesting the power feels stronger than a 2024 YZ250F - maybe the updates to the air box snorkel helped? Try pushing the front brake caliper towards to rotor - that will move the piston in and push the fluid and potentially any air bubbles up to the reservoir - sometimes this will fix a soft feel at the lever on a new bike. Do it a couple of time - push caliper in then pump the lever to push the pads back out...might work.
Yes I think the updates that they did to the airbox definitely helped and wide ratio transmission really good on this bike. I will try to move the piston see if that does anything thx
That's a tough one to answer I'd say the Honda felt a little bit more crispy with the ECU settings all working together with the added goodies But I think this Yamaha definitely pulls a lot further with the 6-speed transmission the updates they did to this FX with the airbox and ecu is a big Improvement compared to the stock motocross bike. the Yamaha handles better in Corners very point and shoot but for the type of riding i do I'd take the fx but wish I can get all the Coatings and goodies on the Yamaha right off the showroom floor

It's the turn track near my house you need to come spin some laps! then we have the woods Loop literally 5 minutes up the mountain
I am very curious to know how the power and chassis feel compared to the honda works edition.
