Hi jason. Thanks for the kind words. I'm loving the A6400. Actually downgraded from a full frame for the 4k video option of the A6400 and so far it's been awesome. If you are shooting more videos try considering a camera with in-body image stabilization like the A6500 or A6600. Do let me know what you decide on..😊😊
Looks great. I'm definitely going to get this lens and a body for it. (hate changing lenses) -- am also looking at the 12mm F2 Samyang for a special project. I will definitely keep the Tamron, but the Samyang -- not sure if I need it after project finished. Nice shots, makes me feel good about decision to buy one. Cheers.
I have the same set up.. i sold my sony e 35mm f1.8, my kit lens and my sony e 16mm f2.8 and switch to this lens recently.. hope this lens would make my wedding job easier.. nice video..
Hi bro. The tamron is pretty much an all around lens for me. Good for video and photography. As for weddings I'm sure it will capture great memories! 😊
I have the Sony 16-70, which I would not recommend, mainly because it is a dust magnet and I shoot mainly landscapes. I have to drive 1.5 hrs to get to the nearest photography supplier, but, I will have to take a look at the Tamron 17-70, trading in at least 3 other lenses I don't use a lot. Thanks for the sharing your video. Still trying and wanting to use my a6400 to capture some video. I'll get there eventually, I hope...lol.
Hi brother. Yes the dust from telephoto lenses is a hassle. I'm sure if you use the tamron in places where its dusty or sandy that it will experience the same thing. But overall the tamron lens is very versatile if you are shooting stills/landscape and videos. 😊🔥
Hi buddy! How are things? Yes there is that compression which helped. Atleast at certain lengths we dont need to do noise reductions in post. Haha. Did you get the sigma 16mm yet?? I might do a comparison video of the 2 lens soon.

@@joseregalado1399 I wouldn’t consider myself one of the health care heroes like those people who work their ass off in the hospitals. Anyway I understand a lot of people are initially hesitant of the vaccine but I hope most people will see it’s not dangerous or at least the chances are better with the vaccine than without, but that’s a topic for another day :P Hope you get some time to create more videos soon Jose!
Nice ! Lens did much better in low light than I would have thought. I had the lens for a bit and noticed it would do a weird wobble/jello effect every now and then in video. Do you notice that with yours?
Hi! When did the wobble effect happen? Is it when you are panning from side to side or maybe the camera is trying to autofocus on something? I filmed a vlog using the Tamron - Celebrate Small Wins. Check if you notice the wobble effect.
Hi!! Thanks for the feedback. The lens is good in low light. But you can not go beyond 1250 ISO in near pitch dark conditions without getting some noise. With ample light from lamp posts etc. it is crisp and sharp.
Hi Diego! Nope I haven't tried astrophotography. It's so bright here in Dubai with all the city lights. You will need to go out far in the desert to do it I guess. But hopefully soon I'll try my shot at astrophotography. How about you?

Damn this is a really nice image, didn't notice much noise at all but ofc TH-cam compression takes care of that a bit ;) Anyway it looks super good

I have also seen this wobble effect when OSS (VR on Tamron terms) is enabled on my ZV-E10. Goes away when it is disabled from my experience.
