Really enjoying this and feeling the benefit in my wrists along with my arms which is great. I’m finding yoga and Pilates really hurts my wrists after a long lazy break so doing this little workout daily along with your other workouts.

I am gonna do this for 30 days ( 4 days a week) with 5,8 and 10 lbs week 1 day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: rest day day 4 : ✅ day 5: rest day 6: rest day 7: ✅ week 2 day 1: rest day 2: ✅
