I see a few Quake speedrunners shooting at grenades on the floor w/ the stock shotgun when they wanna do a grenade jump, what's the reason for this I assume it's for timing but I don't know?
What does the shotgun shooting do for the grenade-jump? I'm assuming every shot makes the grenade's knockback stronger. I love that the game is so deep that records are still being set.
I competed in pro halo tournaments from 2003-2007 and have played like 114 years of ffa in cod lol ur gonna inspire some new movement in me 😂 I respect the grind the strict for perfection, keep up the amazing work bro

i think he shoots so the timing is right for the explosion. it always explodes after the 4th shot

@@ih8u4ev4r8 yeah, you have to jump at the exact moment the grenade pops, so you can use the shotgun as a timer.
