Love video style. Lemme keep watching. How much revenue are you up to all time? I miss the revenue figure in the thumbnails.. its inspiring
thank you I'm so glad you like it! I think i get better with every video but i need constructive criticism! I figure review videos don't need the revenue figure but i plan to give an update on the next video which will be Esty/3d printing geared most likely :)
@glennbrian3d Agreed. Revenue would be a bit out-of-place for a review video, unless you briefly mentioned it as an aside "for those who are wondering..."
@@AwestrikeFearofGods Thanks for the input, yeah I could do that in the future just some people only care about the 3D printing aspect and not the making money part
Hey Glenn! Glad to have you back.
This was a good video but I think you’re missing some pretty important stuff.
Did you try setting up a Prusa Slicer profile for it? And how does it work?
What speeds are you running it at for those prints? Standard like 50mm/s inner stuff and 25mm/s outer? It looks like it’s CoreXY, maybe it could be pushed a bit faster if that’s what you’re running it at. I know you said that last benchy was fast, but how fast?
Also, will you be using this for your Etsy shop now, or was it just for fun? It would be interesting to see some of your products printed on a Prusa vs this printer, to see if you could sell prints off this and get the same quality.
Unrelated but I’ve got another question/video idea for you. I’ve got some keychains on my Etsy shop and I just realized (a bit too late unfortunately) that I probably could have made them into holiday ornaments. Should I make a separate listing for the ornaments or should I just add some ornament pictures to the listing and sell them as either keychain or ornament in one listing.
Thanks to the input! Yes I'm trying to get better at the testing and I'm just getting back into the swing of things this is the first video in like two months, hoping to have some more time to put into them, I used their stock settings like I was a new beginner 3D maker, I could have went crazy and tested the crap out of it but that takes a lot of time and people don't really want to see that video they want to see the bare bones in my opinion, does it work well, how does it print, I'll try to make my next video a little more detailed as I have a Creality coming in to test. As for the ornaments I would make a separate section for it or at least a separate listing You can list the same item as two different things if what if it could be a keychain and an ornament at the same time You don't want them in the same listing, different pictures different keywords etc. however also I've learned holiday items have been somewhat of a waste of time for me since they are only a short portion of the year
The build volume and enclosure are nice features at this price point. If you can compromise on either feature, the Bambu Lab A1 (non-Mini, sans-AMS), and Qidi X-Smart 3 are even cheaper.
Hi Glenn! You have made very good videos!
What is Your Etsy Shop name? I tried to find it for learning more about how to introduce products on my new shop.
I planned to start Etsy shop for selling printed products on Europe area.
Thank you! I'm glad you like my videos
have you tried the kingroon KP3S ? I have one it cost $130 USD 7 inch build plate and it includes linier rails. it also includes a touch screen too !!!
I haven't, but if they send me one id like to do a review video on it!
Not going to lie, seems like a fly by night 3d printer company that isn’t going to last with that price. Could be built like a tank, but still seems like a bit of a reach compared to more established companies.
time will tell, but hopefully it keeps working well!
I really don't see any purpose for this printer in this day and age. There are so many better options on the market that are bigger, print faster and offer so much more. Also, the print quality did not look that great for the price point. This printer is e-waste.
Thank you for the input
