One note I should add, the fact that Arcane Resistance / Healing / Deflection are silver arcanes worth 21 vosfor each but only costing 1 mote makes them an astoundingly good deal for dissolution. If you buy the max of all 3 that is only 126 motes to get 126 arcanes which will dissolve for a grand total of 2,646 vosfor, enabling you to buy 13 arcane packs resulting in 39 arcanes from packs of your choice!
what arcane packs would you recommend since you can get the top picks like energize via the event? i imagine the ones that are most tedious to farm but i‘m not sure which
I did the math a few weeks ago in regards to Vestigial Motes and basically each Ascension mission offers between 20-30 Vestigial Motes. So getting 25 on average with Arcane Ice Storm, for example, costing 10. Every 2 runs, you make enough Vestigial Motes to get 5 Arcane Ice Storm (21 Vosfor). 21 * 5 = 105 so that's 1 arcane pull. Ive been using that to try and get more copies of Melee Duplicate. Another good plat/vosfur farm.
There is no way energize will go back to 1500. It didn't even go back to 1500 between the last event and this one and people ran this event much more than the last. I wouldn't be surprised if energize barely reaches 1000 again

1. It didn’t hit maximal prices between last event and this one because it happened THIS February, so they were very close together. Even then it did occasionally sell at 1.5k 2. That event had no cap on arcane purchases, this one only lets you buy 2 sets so it will have a reduced long term effect on the market Simple market analysis shows that it will very obviously hit 1.5k again

I also would make the argument more people got the 2 energize this event than even 1 energize last event, because it is just easier, of course there are people that got 4-5 last event but it's so few that it's actually negligible. Also who says they won't be doing these kind of events more regularly now? It's a good catchup mechanic for newer players and it is also good for people who just want to make a little plat even if they don't need the arcanes themselves.

Energize cost 9.2x as many motes per arcane so if you have a limited amount of motes, get golds like avenger as the plat-per-mote will be higher. If you do have loads of motes to spend, energize will of course be the highest profit per set

I can not convert these new arcanes to vosfor, do you?

it'll definitely be over 1k lol, people are selling them for 700 DURING the event still.

I bought everything twice and got 4 sets of each Jade Shadow Arcanes.
i spent almost 966 motes on barrier, felt like one of the worst purchase i ever made once i found out how useless it is.
