I’ve missed being able to your workouts for a a little over a month. I had shoulder surgery and haven’t been able to workout and especially anything over my head, jabs. I can make small movements with my arms. I will be back to full strength training soon. For now, I will do the lower body movements, marching in place, side to side, v step, etc.
Listen to your body and take your time coming back. I love how you made adjustments to make the workout work for you. Great job

Hey Miss Tiffany. Great workout. I've been consistent, I just need to learn that my metabolism isn't what it used to be. In my mindset, I'm still in my 30s, but in reality, I'll be 65 next month. Though for the most part, I do eat a healthy, vegan lifestyle. It's the chocolate that's wearing me down. Any other ladies in their 60s who are finding a big urge for chocolate? Though it's dark chocolate, my body seems to crave it. Ugh. 5lb weight gain that's been distributed to all of the wrong places.

He's a handful, and spending 9 hours a day with him, even just once a week, is quite taxing physically. But I'm sure through working our, it's the reason why I can carry him sound asleep in my arms to his bedroom and into his crib. ❤❤

Excellent workout Tiffany! Love the speed of which this one goes. I was even able to push myself to do some of the squats. Squats are horrific on my knees, but because you were not going low, I was able to do it. Thank you for all you do. I love the space by the way. Keep them coming!

I'm curious about the walls are vintage painting or a wallpaper? I really love it!
I believe it’s plaster, however it was like this once I moved in. It’s a mixture of brick and plaster. I love the character of it

Love, love. love your videos. They are a series of "I-can-do-it" exercises and your voice was soothing and encouraging. One thing though is that the music overpowered your voice so it was a bit challenging hearing what you were saying. Thank you for all you do.
