- IMI Motorsports Complex in Dacono, CO. Is the X-Pro Titan 250cc Track Worthy. Only one way to find out.
IM BAACCCKKK and so glad to be back. There is so much I want to make content on this summer is almost overwhelming. But I can not wait to get out and explore Colorado and near-by states.
In this video I did not ride my KX250f because of low compression. I have an appointment to get that checked out in like 2 days. I did ride it a couple times like that and no issues but today it randomly cut off. So yeah, won't be riding that until its officially fixed.
As for the X-Pro still loving it and can't complain.
Let me know what you want to see in the comments sections below.

Where do y'all ride? Do you guys take your X-Pro to the track?
I rode a YZ 125 2 stroke from 19 years old all the way up until I was 25 and stopped dirt biking. I’m now 32 and thinking of buying another bike to ride trails and I’m seriously considering buying a xpro titan off Amazon… idk tho, what do you think?!
I'd recommend the X-Pro Templar at a minimum. The better of a rider I become, the less capable the frame is of supporting the stuff I'm doing. If you only plan on riding it super easy and taking it super easy then I would say the Titan will work out.
@@SICVlogs I’ll just be doing trail riding. I decided to get a Templar M
OK, I pulled the trigger and ordered one of these Titan 250 DLX's from PSM too. Yes, best price here in January of 24'. $1279 plus $300 shipping! $1580 delivered. Quality like these at prices like this was Un-heard of a few years ago. Same with the guitar market. The guitars coming out of Asia(from China to Vietnam) are as good and in some cases better than what comes from the name brands. THE NAME BRANDS have some of their stuff made in China these days too. CNC makes so much of it flawless. Quality of materials has gotten much better too. I dont recall seeing the white plastic you have. Where'd ya get it? I'm an OLD(67) MX Champion from SoCal. I just wanna ride the trails near my house now. This aughta do it gracefully.
Heck yeah. That's exciting to hear. I got mine as my first bike and I truly loved it. Now that I've gotten better, I plan on ripping the shit out of that thing this summer.
The stock springs are good for trail, but you can NOT ride this on a MX track, it will bottom on everything and you'll get hurt. Find the 31mm/430mm YZ 85 springs for the front, Get them in .38, the heaviest you can. The stock springs are only 370mm long so the 430mm will have to be cut down some. I'd leave 10mm to 15mm for preload. 10w Maxima Fork Oil at 220ml. Try to find the rear in a 4.8kg or higher. It's a shorter wheelbase than most full size MX bikes. It's more of a 7/8 size bike.@@SICVlogs
@megadawg342 man I've seen you around a few different videos any idea where I can find skid plates and luggage racks for the titan. Or what frame it's closest to.
Thank You Very Much For Sharing, I See You've Turned Into a Very Confident Rider And I Am Very Proud of Your Accomplishment👍👍👍👍👍👍
How fast have you gotten this up to?
Wondering if it’s worth it as a beginner with no money, or should I save up and buy something better?
I know video always makes you look slower but man it looks like you are going around this track at like 15mph. Were you 100% sending it and the bike was restricting you or were you just putting around?
Lol dude. I sucked and still suck. I've only got a little over a year of seat time. I'm improving every ride of course. I've finally started clearing jumps regularly on my kawi. And when I replace the brake on my xpro I do plan on ripping it as hard as my KX. Now that I'm better I'm honestly gonna try to break the xpro.
Lol "for research purposes only" 😂
@@SICVlogs Was not trying to sound like a dick. Sorry about that, I just bought one and waiting for it to show up in the mail. I had an honda 80cc when I was like 12 and ripped it as hard as I could and this will be my first dirt bike in 18 years lol I plan on pushing the bike to its limits and feel confident I will get back to it like before quickly. I am just concerned about the amount of power this bike has and if I will actually be able to hit decent size jumps like 5-10 feet and actually be able to clear it lol
No offense homie. Just tryna be thorough. Thanks for watching
hope you keep up the content about to order the 250 keep updating
Getting ready to order one of these and I keep reading people saying it’s too heavy for a track but it’s listed at only 231lbs while the Honda 250s are 229lbs. You aren’t gonna be winning any races on this but it seems like it should be a good starter bike even on the track?
Imo, it's not that it's too heavy, it's the suspension. You will be bottoming out a lot if you tried jumping it on a track. I think its most practical use is on the trails. Or street if you have the street legal version.
How long have you been with the titan? And what has been damaged and replaced on that road? Is it really worth buying a Chinese motorcycle?
I think it comes down to reason. If your new or plan on moderate trail riding. Longevity seems to be there. I was a brand new rider so I didn’t treat it hard. This year will be the hardest riding yet. So most I can say is stay tuned
@@SICVlogs Bro, you didn’t respond to any of my concerns 😓
@@josesoto-ep2yg Lol. Bruh you gotta try. Is it worth it? I answered your question. How long have I had it and what has broke on it. Check out the other videos.
I bought a Chinese bike brand new about 10 years ago. It lasted around 8 months.
@@Tom-ol6cu That’s my fear! Maybe $2500 isn’t a lot of money, but I don’t want to throw them away either, you understand.
What typa gas does it use I don't know if I should put 93 in mine ?
I have only put premium pump gas in it.
Dude I’m stuck… I have a 1983 kz550 Ltd and I’m about to trade it for one… I’ve been reading a lot but is it junk in the long run?? I always take care of my machines but will she take care of me???
I would not trade it. Though I like these bikes. I feel like the engine has more longevity than the frame of the Chinese bikes.
@@SICVlogs I really appreciate it man I Alamo set up the deal until I seen this. Plus the one I was gonna trade for came missing a spoke
@@kyleadgerson3768 no problem man. Just looking out.
I have never owned a dirt bike I’m thinking about this being my first one should I get it? I just want something to ride fast on the street at night
if you want something fast, this isn't the bike for you. modified they'll only do 75-80. i don't know what kind of speeds you are looking for, but from what i understand that's kinda slow for a motorcycle.
i'm looking at one of these as my first bike, but i'm not looking for speed. i want it for the off road capability. and he price is nice as well.
Don't kill yourself fast.
Dirt bikes arnt really meant for speed
Were did you get tour plastics for it?
Those are the original plastics man
Riders in Minnesota link up!
I took my x Pro to a private track once it was a small version of a Supercross jumpstyle track needless to say it's not track Worthy I added oil to the forks to stiffen them up ..I think I put too much because it was rock hard Landings the x-pro is probably good for trail riding that's about it
I agree. I think for what it is, it excels in the trails.
I just bought one waiting for it to be delivered
Hell Yeah Brother
Sounds like your not opening it up at all.
nice video
Nice bike
Thanks ✌️homie
Didnt know u could go so slow on a track
Well you learn something new everyday I guess
learn to wheelie man, add some swag to your riding
I love how positive he is in his videos.
Does anyone if it needs coolant and where would I put it
It is a air cooled engine. So you dont need the coolant
@@SICVlogs the electric start won’t do anything it just does a clicking under my seat. Kick start does not work replaced spark plugs
