1970 OLDSMOBILE CUTLASS SX CONVERTIBLE

All Number Matching Motor with an F1 block 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass SX Convertible for sale. The rotisserie restoration started in 2014 and was completed the fall of 2017. From 1981 to 2014 this car was kept in storage. Underneath is painted just a nice as the top side with a glossy finish. When these were built there was only 793 SX's built and this beauty is one of them, making this even more powerful. The original manifold is still intact and performs as it should. Some special options on this Oldsmobile include the rear window defroster, rear speakers (all 4 speaker for this car are hard to find making it even more rare), special radio, air conditioning, power windows, power locks, power brakes, power trunk, and fully functional electric top. The car is painted the original color, twilight blue with white interior. Hand painted pin striping and SX was hand painted on the car as well over top of the clear. It was an original bucket seat and console car. The car runs excellent. Has had many 442's over the years and this car runs just as good if not better. It came original with a 455 2-Barrel which was switched to a 4-Barrel Carb. Has been ungraded to a 455 V8 connected to a 4 - speed automatic numbers matching TH400 transmission.

Olds my favorite .An essentially dressed up 442. I’m old enough to know that this one actually sounds like it did when it was new. The sound of the Olds Rocket V8 and factory sounding 442 exhaust. Colors restoration what a dream.

What absolute Beauty ! I love that color of blue and the white interior sets it off so great ! who is the master of restoring these old wonderful cars , because whoever restores these cars should have his own channel they seriously do top self restore on about every car Vanguard shows here that is recently been restored, maybe we could send them some more cars n business that way, I know I would if I had something needing to be restored.

That Olds is nice I agree Rick these Olds ride amazing compared to its GM Cousins . it does not get any better than this one. Im a Mechanic 20 years ago I had a couple of Customers owened 442 W30 and Convertible w/350 I liked the way they drive
