Listen, the world needs to know that they shouldn't be throwing out radish leaves! I'm making it my personal mission to make radish greens a regular star on your plate and I think this simple sauteéd radish tops recipe should be in your meal rotation. Give them a try and let me know what you think! 🌱 ♻

Well I just pulled out my radishes which were way overgrown, and wondered what to do with the leaves. So thanks for the info and great demo! I haven’t eaten them yet. My wife says she doesn’t like radishes so I might sneak them onto a pizza instead of basil and see if she notices 😂

There are so many ways to use up radish greens! This sautéed greens is one of my favorites, but I have a other recipes like pesto, soup, and even smoothies on my website. And I have definitely also snuck in the leaves for my family, they had no idea. 😉

roast them in the oven like you do brussel sprouts or any other veggie.. toss in EVOO, salt and pepper.. 400 for 20 minutes or fork tender.. taste so good, and a good substitute for potatoes if you are doing keto..

Blessings Christina. I look forward to the farmers markets because their root vegetables still have the greens attached. A lot of folks that buy produce from the grocery stores, never saw the leaves. I'm cooking kholrabi greens and radish greens with my oyster mushrooms and ramps. I love spring vegetables.
