its good that u track the power line lol....where it comes from ,where it goes, the voltage drop ,the step up sequence ,the step down sequence. all the way to ground ... good work !!!!
i know Q are stand for tranisiter but how to tell if it is triode or mosfet when they are 3 pins install ? is mosfet only show up 8 pins when it in the pcb board? thanks sir

some ICs look the same as mosfet how to differ them
Look at how many pins are joined. For example, SOP-8 mosfets have one side with all the pins joined and the other side 3 pins joined and a gate pin.
