    Hey bro I am skinny fat with literally no muscle on me but just stubborn fat, love handles, fat on my chest but I have a skinny frame with a big gutand skinny arms. What would you suggest in terms of workouts and diet. I have been gym before for 2 months but stopped and can't lift to save my life lol. I am hitting the gym from today with no excuses to not go. So some input would be great bro?

      Hi Franky, I feel like everyone is individual for diet and exact work out plan. I do think that low weight, high rep isolated muscle workouts will really help you start to solidify your current muscle as well as build more. For individuals with your body type I do believe you would benefit the most from calisthenics training. Remember it’s all about progress, set a goal irrelevant the number but set a goal and work your way up till you hit it. As far as diet goes I would use low carb( only good carbs) with a high protein diet. Remember to note that veggies and fruits can contain a very large amount of carbs and sugar so you need to make sure you research everything that you eat. The biggest and most important thing to do is to understand what is going into your body. I like to write down or use a phone app to track how many calories, carbs and sugars that you are intaking on a daily basis and track an approx amount that your burning. Remember at the end of the day if you are trying to loose fat it’s all about burning more calories than you intake. I really hope this helps and I am not a dietician but I’m doing my best to give you my knowledge over the years.

    Look good, bro! Right now I am trying to do something similar. I am hoping to lose 40 lbs in 3 months. Idk if this works, but I am eating once a day (and if I get really hungry, i'll snack on an apple or some other fruit), and I'm working my way up to 30 minutes of Cardio a day, and eventually to an hr of cardio a day and seeing if I can lose 40 lbs in 3 mos. You did amazing man! You give me hope that I can do this. May I ask 1 thing. What was your diet like during this? You don't have to go into too much detail, but how many meals a day, and did you eat lots of meats and veggies or???
