I think this is the best video I have seen regarding body fat. 3 years ago I reached 11% body fat and my god that was a chore to mantain, I got sick of it and went back to 15-17... it is very sustainable, I'm happy, I can have a non-healthy meal once in a while without feeling guilty or worried of loosing progress, and I think it looks good. This video confirmed that I wasn't crazy going back to mid teens levels of body fat, so, Thank you!
Awesome, I appreciate that! And yes, what you mentioned is very common. Typically we feel best at around 15% body fat rather than the low 10% range. Keep up the good work!😁
How does this video say so much in so few mins! Just what I needed to see! I love the protein/ lifting / calorie deficit foundation and then some light cardio - makes so much sense.
@@mase60391 Hey, I was able to measure it at my gym using the inbody scan. I'm not sure if it's 100% accurate, but looking at my body I can see massive difference. Regardless though, if the number keeps going down everytime you check, you are indeed losing fat. Doesn't completely matter if it's +-1%
Absolutely mad props to you brother. I legitimately think this may be the most succinct and on point fitness channel on TH-cam. Straight fire and real talk. Thank you.
Never seen your vids b4. Liked this one. I'll flip through your channel and subscribe. I need to get fron 31.4% to 20%. I'll be happy at 20. Always been this chubby or chubbier. I'm tired of it. For as much work as I put in the gym and in lofe, I feel I should be skinnier. I cut 30 pounds a while back. Too fast. I put 15 back on. Maintained that weight for like five months now. My walking pad justbarrived today. Tonorrow morning I wake up with a 40 minute walk after my tea.
Amazing video! You always share the most interesting subjects. Also great to see how much people you have helped with your knowledge. You are amazing!! Thank you 👏
Just wakk normal on treadmill but make it high incline as if you are going up the hill do that every day and see ur love handles disappear just normal walk not too fast not too slow😊

What are your thoughts on sleep? As a Muslim I have to wake up for fajr at 4am meaning sleep gets interrupted. I know I’m supposed to get 7-9 hours of sleep but does 5 hours before fajr and 3 hours after work the same for bodybuilding and fat burning as 8 hours straight ?
What is the best way to measure your body fat? I know they are all inaccurate but what is the best way to measure body fat out of the ways that are available?
i was training for more than 1 year but i had pauses. Last time i did gym workout was before 2months. Can i start agressive cut? i am 25 percent body fat but i have good foundation of muscles.
Been loving your content! If you go the 24 week route to 15% body fat, do you recommend any reverse dieting or diet breaks in between the 24 weeks? And if yes, would it be after the first 12 weeks?
Is it normal that the scale does not move when you workout heavy and eat on a calorie deficit? I feel leaner, stronger but the scale did not move at all im stuck at the same weight🙄
hey man i just have a question, would body weight training work also? because I don't have any gyms near me and im trying to lose bodyfat but also having some definitions of muscle. thanks man

The eating now I'm 122kg scared I losing weight but I'm not get the look I want or it's just me being in a hurry, cause it my 5th week eating veg and fruit
Don't make dramatic changes in your eating! It's not about being vegan, or any other... It's all about calories in / calories out. You need protein to repair your body, skin, etc. and to build muscle. Based on the numbers you wrote, your fat loss journey could take around 2 years. The main message in the video was not to hurry and take your time! Please, don't crush your body with the lack of nutrients. You can easily eat from all food groups, lift weights, do light cardio and loose fat at a small but steady and maintainable pace. Good luck!
Don’t agree. Everyone’s genetics are different. Some guys don’t have six pack abs at 15% body fat. Some of us need to be sub 10% (like myself) for my abs and serratus to be defined. Sub 10% body fat is also very sustainable dependent upon genetics.
Yup I’m 133lbs n around 15% body fat and I still don’t have my 6 pack showing … literally small ugly lower belly fat pouch is what I have but I look super lean everywhere else with some pretty decent muscle too, but I must lose more pounds to get there. Gotta get to at least 11-12% for sure.

Bro, I have a question, what is the best method to measure body fat percentage?
can we use same weight system pounds and grams... one is imperial system other is metric... pls, half of time I need to calculate in other tab
I will consider that in future videos! I will place the calculations in both the imperial and metric system.
From 30% to 20% body fat it was easy & quick for me . however now things getting slower now .
I will make a video soon about from 20% to 10%!

Yes! You are likely going to a body recomposition.

Yes, you can also perform bodyweight exercises and still build muscle well! As long as you train close to muscle failure.
Hi Mounir,
Regarding your advised amount of workouts per week; what counts as a workout? 30min weightlifting? 60min?
Hi! It really depends on your goals and time availability. A 30-minute intense lifting session definitely could count as a "workout" 😁
If we're having 13 kcals per lb of bodyweight by increasing activities like walking, can we build muscle and lose fat(as a beginner trainee) ?
How do you know how much body fat percentage you have ?
Well my genetics don’t let me have visible abs at 15%

it all depends on how much muscle mass you have.
0.7g of protein per pound of goal body weight, got it
Try carnivore diet for 90 days. A friend lost 100 lbs . At 10 percent I'm too skinny
So adaptation only occurs when you lose weight
0.7 per lb of protein put me into calorie surplus
