"My Realistic Workout and Diet Plan for busy people" EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED, im always working long shift and not eating right due to my work schedule but this really helps a lot !! love the content
Some people told me it's impossible to get ripped in 3 to 4 months, and I told them it depends on how much body fat you, the calories you take a day, sometimes genetics play a role too speed up the process, and the dedication of how long you been in the gym, plus working out correctly(including all muscles on every body part).
depends what your definition of ripped is. The guy in the video was already significantly developed before he decided to cut. If ur fat and have never been to a gym in your life... yea his result would take years, not months
@@guestuser1479 Not years, maybe double or triple the time. Maybe a fat person would take ~1 year to six months. It depends on how dedicated you are and if you're doing it correctly.
Basically, I'm following the same program you are doing. I'm 39 and trying to get back in shape. I'm 5 weeks in, doing 3-5 days a week weight lifting including cardio. I'm also paying attention to macros as you mentioned. I'm just starting to see some of my muscle return from my youthful days (before I screwed my back up). Sure hope I can get rid of this belly jelly. :) I'm sitting at 175 lbs and 5'9. I'm mixed between getting my muscle back and trying to get rid of this fat too. On days I work out I eat 1900 calories and the days I don't work out, I eat 1600-1700. Again focusing on my macros to keep my protein high, and my carbs anywhere ebetween 120-200 a day. Any suggestions?
I got paid to get into shape. So much easier to stay motivated and get real results when someone’s going to give you money! It’s becoming a pretty big thing now.
Totally Get my weights out Inspired!!!! Hunter, I thought you were British as I first saw your hard-earned transformation in the Daily Mail British Press - Thanks for sharing - Ken in Hawaii
I'm starting today - I turned 60 yesterday, work out but am not consistent enough, but my diet is just the worst. Addicted to Snapple Peach, chocolate, constantly popping candy at work all day... that's gonna be the toughest to change. But here I am, ready to go. Hopefully I can gain some guidance from your videos. Wonder if you might post a full body workout. Maybe a couple variations? I also take the supplements you do (Creatine, Whey Protein), have been for several months now. Oh, and I own an old Bowflex Ultimate - that's what I work out on, along with a set of those dumbbells where you can dial them to change the weights.
@@ooxoox176 no I just made a plan for myself with excel by listing foods and limits of eating as well as being active 5 times a week. The 1st week was hard, but it'll get better.
I stopped working out 5 months ago and gained 30lbs and I'm scared to work out again cause I've never been able to gain weight. I've always been 135lbs and I'm enjoying being 166lbs
Well working out definitely doesn't mean you'll lose weight and go back down to 135. It's a great opportunity to stay at 166 and build muscle. The only way you'll lose weight is if you're eating at a calorie deficit. Just keep eating enough calories throughout the day especially with more protein and you'll be good!
I really appreciate how short and to the point your videos are. Also the background music is well chosen. Only thing, and maybe I am the only one, but how do you maintain large rep numbers in later sets? If I go to failure on rep 12 of set 1, if I keep the same weight my next set will fail at rep 9, the next at rep 5, and so on. You mention that you increase your weight as you push through sets. How on earth?
assuming he lost about 30 pounds of actual fat and 10 of water weight (likely lost muscle as well) he wouldve had a total of a 105,000 calorie deficit over the 3 months, that is a 1250 calorie deficit daily that shit is impressive
What he did is simple really. Eat whole foods, have a high protein diet, low carbs and cut out junk food and your body will naturally lose the weight. It just takes discipline. I like how he’s straight forward.
@@AndreaAustoni bullshit... im eating 2 huge meals everyday and not excercising 3 hours a week and im losing weight. im definitely not burning off more than i eat. not even close!

Hunter this is awesome thanks for the amazing video. I’m doing the same but instead of loosing weight im trying to gain weight but also look more lean. I know it sounds like an odd combination. Your most popular video is a great idea. I need a calender.
I do monday+thursday legs+back 2,5-3h (~1,5h each), between repeats military belly exercise (all days). Tuesday+friday biceps+triceps 2h+ (1h each). Wednesday+Saturday chest+shoulders 2,5h+ (each 1h+). Sunday chill or bit cardio. Eat well, but no much differences in 1,5 month. Some suplements like fat burner, bcaa, bit of protein and now tribulus. That raise mine weght now but not fat, but muscless). But not much differences on visual yet :/
I am trying to decide between working out a muscle group once a week vs twice a week. Twice a week definitely means spending more time in the gym. However, are the results that much better twice a week vs once? I am about 20% body fat, down from 30% and I want to start toning. Still have more fat to lose. Thanks.
It’s just a personal decision, although there is some debate between the 2 I like to train heavier on each day which gives me more time to recover for the next week. And if you did do twice a week you don’t have to spend twice as long. You don’t have to do a full day back workout then bicep workout after. You can combine the two and do 3 exercises for each and spend the same amount of time in the gym
So did he do a 600 calorie deficit (maintenance 2800 - 2200) and gradually took it to 1000 calories ( 2800-1800) . please somebody explain i want to understand
Hello I started Hunters plan a couple of months back ( I have lost 40 pounds ) I started walking 5 minutes , jogging 5 minutes and cool down 5 minutes ( 15 minutes after my work outs)You can try to achieve youre fat burning heart rate, will your running or using the stare master. If you are on a treadmill or a electrical bike u can easily find out when you put youre hands in the handles. But now I split the work out in 2. I do weights in the morning and cardio at night before I go to sleep. But it depends on how your body will react. I suggest to run a day and the next use the bike (depends on the pain that youre legs are in) Also I suggest that you go to your doctor to do a fisical to see if your body will tolerate the workouts., share with him youre plans and what are you trying to achive, 6 days a week its not easy. You can start at 3 to 4 and then crank up the intensity. Hope this helps.
would you recommend supplements for a 15 year old Guy? I guess not right, that is what i saw on some pages because im still growing etc..But im still not sure
Supplements should only be used alternative to if you don't receive enough nutrients in your food. You can use vitamins etc if you don't receive enough. I'm not a Doctor, personal trainer however if you don't receive enough protein (Around 1 - 1.25X your body weight in KG) it would be worthwhile using a protein supplement to make sure you hit a sufficient protein intake. It depends on what your goal is!
