I've been wanting a tarantula for about 8 years and after watching your videos for 3 years I finally convinced my family to let me get one. I just wanted to say thank you, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't of fallen in love with tarantulas or gotten one.

Snakes are like that. When they're hungry, they'll eat (almost) anything. When they're not, they won't.
It would be super cool to see the activity of the crabs and frogs over night. And it might be easier to do with a go pro now.

To answer the question at the end about what funnelwebs are like to keep, they are very easy. I keep about 12 or so Australian species and all are very similar in care, I give them about 12cm of damp compressed substrate and some nice web anchor points on the surface. If there is any interest, I recently made my first spider collection video and show a feeding of the second most venomous species known in Australia

In this video I’ve seen that you have rearranged the P. metal🤘lica’s enclosure and I really like it! Could you please send me a snapshot of it? 5:00 idk why but my T.Albopilosum female does that often too... Last time when she was doing this i left cricket in enclosure, she just killed it after a day or so and let it be( maybe that s the sign that they are full :D)

Hissing roaches are also known as armoured hissing roaches. They are not commonly used for feeding anything that does not have web or crushing advantages. And even then most pets wont eat them because they hiss and that is a good defense against captive hand fed animals who haven't evolved to not care.

A Couple small mosquito fish of some kind would fix your larvae problem, we have them all over the place native in the USA, Gambusia affinis cf. affinis is a native fish to Croatia that eats them. They stay very small.
