"That I guarantee you would not stop the Mini. Partly, because it's not substantial enough, but mostly, because you built that in front of *that* slope, and the Mini is coming from *that* one..." *Maniacal laughter ensued*
It always bothered me how they had to change most of the music when aired in the US due to copyrights and such. The original music for every episode is so well thought out. There used to be a final gear forum that tracked the songs for each episode
I saw someone ask if you could do this kinda "cue the music" compliation on the vid you uploaded literally yesterday. Either you had already made this beforehand or youre a super fast worker
Cue the music doesn’t really work on the repeats on Dave when they have to use a vaguely sound alike a team theme because they only paid for one use of it.
Fun fact: the BBC only had a broadcast license for the A Team theme. Hence why on home releases and streaming the music that was cued was often different.
You forgot "Cue the music" from series 13 episode 5 where Jeremy drives a Porsche, Richard drives a Nissan and James who changes a Ford Capri for a Morris Marina. They use this song when they're in Val Thorens and the next day they have to race and they modify their cars while listening to this song
@@James-May i know but it still really iritates me when they go to cue the music and i know exactly what should come on and some other tune thats vaugley similar starts playing
It’s not just the “cue the music” either, they’ve had to change so many other parts as well and even if it’s not a big deal, it feel wrong when it’s not what I’m expecting

A version of the Bolivia special WITHOUT that music is an insult frankly. Couldn't help but notice the Winter Olympics, Vietnam and Middle East ones are missing as well. Blocked as well though I'm guessing.
I love how they use the most in your face American music possible: the A-Team theme. That's more American than the Star Spangled Banner. Also the African version is a banger
The ones without "the A team" theme should have it. I think the BBC done this to avoid copyrights in some countries. All the cue the music segments should have "the a team" theme.
When it says “We hired some locals, and toiled through the night”... we all full well know that in reality the locals toiled through the night working off a plan by each presenter, whilst said presenters were fast asleep. The bits where they are actually working in the clips are just shots for camera.
I thought they used "you need hands" by max bygraves for the rover. And the africa one i dont even remember being in the show. I remember the footage itself but not that it was presented that way. Ima just assume it's because I'm in Canada
When they cued the music in Sand Job, it put a huge smile on my face!
I thought to myself, man it would be cool if they used the A team theme like in top gear, the smile I had was huge
oh yeah and the "One for the Road". Was a proper ending

It's easy to get in and out of, you know.
Wow... I'm dumb.... I didn't notice that ... 😂

You forgot the “Cue the Music” bit from the winter special, where they modified the rocket-powered mini & Hammond created a substandard snow bank.
Also the one from the middle east special
