Rather than lazy, I think many humans are stuck in lifestyles that don't allow them to workout like this for 30 min a day, or at least make it much harder, like parents with full time jobs and other obligations or priorities. In prison, as shitty as it is, your lodging is still paid for. Not to mention, prisons having workout yards, whereas people have to pay for a gym membership and take time out of their schedule to drive to said gym if they want to get that bulked up; calisthenics and cardio at home only gets you so far. It's also much easier to maintain a routine once you've actually built that amount of muscle using weights to begin with. Now, I'm not saying people don't have a responsibility to get fit, but the overall environment in prison helps out a ton. Cheers, and glad you're out and still grinding 🍻 💪

Respect to all these guys in the video. I work in a factory, 8 hour shift. In 8 hours I do push-ups, chin up, squats and abs workout. Because I am doing them constantly I have noticed I am ripped as a mofo. I don’t take any supplements or protein shakes. Tbh I eat a lot of rice and lentil (my favourite food) and I’m still ripped. And because I’m working out throughout the 8 hour shift in and off I’m always feeling happy, warm and good about myself. I think our bodies releases these chemicals (only when working out) which makes us feel good. So 8 hours off being happy is way better then 1 hour of working out and being happy for 40 min. I hope it made sense. And please don’t judge the people in this video. Do a little pray instead that these guys find peace in jail. Also be humble that you are not in their situation. Let’s say for example you didn’t have a father to show you the right way, or you just grew up around a violent neighborhood. You can’t control that. My weight is 70 kgs and per day I can only afford 40 grams of protein, 30 grams of fats and 250 grams of carbs per day... With these macros can I build monster body like Yash anand???
Given these men's shape and apparent love of exercise, maybe prisons should implement programs to get them licensed as personal trainers. That way all their effort would give them an opportunity when they get out. If anyone here has been to prison, do you think something like this would have helped you out when you got out?
They can do that already. The American dream baby. There are many small time Kali Muscles out there, they may not make the same money but are changing their lives and helping people get fit. What's stopping them? They can't find out how to get certified on their own? I have a friend in prison who uses the internet more than I do. Haha it's up to the personal trainers board of certification if they reject felons or not. They have a good chance making something of them selves if they try. I know you have benevolent intentions in what you were saying but instead of nurturing their circumstances why not ask, why are they wasting their oppurtunities? and what can they do differently?
I get your point and a more direct solution is how ex-cons are treated in america. Once a man is done doing his time he still doing time in the real world. Harder to get jobs, denied a lot of things by the government, though there are men who never change, it's unfortunate for the ones that do looking for a better life afterwards.

No respect for crime, but much respect for their hard work!
@hRdLNE_CEO- So basically you’re saying you have no ability to control your own life, or mind and you’re blaming people who existed 200-300yrs ago. I am Irish, if what you say is true then I should feel the same about England and the Church. But I don’t because I have choices like every human. Good luck brother
@hRdLNE _CEO Which empire are you talking about to be specific may i ask
hRdLNE _CEO Don’t be a pawn in their scheme. Don’t stoop down to their level, rise above it and be the bigger man. While they try to bring us down through the system, there are ways to outsmart the system. Intelligence will always beat out brutality.
Everyone deserves Respect.

They kinda look like they about to crip walk when they stand up and go back down...

These guys are the heart of the American prison system. Guys who were born into bad luck, but work their way out through hard work, determination. Good genetics, hard work, no excuses make iron men. As a volunteer teacher and mentor of prisoners, I can say many of them have a heart of gold.
God bless you dude
Born into bad luck?
@רועי שלמ שכטר He means more of a “born from some pretty rough conditions” type of thing. Let’s say for example you didn’t have a father to show you the right way, or you just grew up around a violent neighborhood. You can’t control that. It doesn’t justify what prisoners have done to get there, but could help explain some of it. What’s admirable are the ones willing to rise above and transform themselves. Something in em that’s had enough.
Where were their brains, common sense, and fkg empathy then? Heart of gold my ass
@@opieutt9038 you don’t understand human psychology. Simply put, if you are born into violence you will be violent because it’s considered normal and all you know. You can have a heart of gold and mental problems. They’re not mutually exclusive
My pops did 4 years in state and always said if I do end up in jail or prison to never workout infront of other people in prison.
It's best to not let people know what your capable of.
GG Allin an OG told me the same exact thing!
Exactly, and its all bout respect dog, dont let a small case turn to life
also when you go into prison and sometimes asks you to workout what they will do it stab yu or sum when you not ready
It all makes since
Oh trust me, we know what you're capable of GG, we know.
Prisoners are militant, and dedicated to self improved. You gotta respect that.
Beastmode workouts right here. I worked out with a old homie of mine I grew up with. Dude did a 6 year stint for armed robbery he got 10 years got cut to 6 paroled on 3. Anyway I did a park workout with him push ups, jumping jacks ECT. Now I workout a lot I stay in the gym. But maaan by the time I was done my body was shot lol. He had me looking like I just did 6 years in the pen lol. He said those are the exercises he did in prison. After that workout I decided to add those in my program. That was back in 1996. Now I'm 47 years old and I still do the workouts my homie showed me back in 96.
Mind sending me the routine?
My weight is 70 kgs and per day I can only afford 40 grams of protein, 30 grams of fats and 250 grams of carbs per day...
With these macros can I build monster body like Yash anand???
Send the routine this way I want to be built like my ass fresh out the pen
Bruh you really call this basic stuff beastmode? Maybe you're referring to the amount of reps

Given these men's shape and apparent love of exercise, maybe prisons should implement programs to get them licensed as personal trainers. That way all their effort would give them an opportunity when they get out. If anyone here has been to prison, do you think something like this would have helped you out when you got out?
Working out in prison is a form of self defense. They don't work out because they like it.
Weimar Degenerate they actually probably do enjoy as its one of the only things they can do for enjoyment and the reduction of stress. Also, exercising actually releases numerous chemicals in the body that eventually make you almost addicted and like working out
@Tyrone Catkiller Kang christ man, they're still people. They made mistakes, they're doing their time.
I can only reach my full potential by going to jail.
