We worked out in dirty horse barn with rusty equipment in high school. Had weights in the hay loft & used bars on cattle trailer to do pull ups. You don’t need fancy equipment all you gotta do is put in the work.

Just found you not to long ago. I’ve had a hard time finding the confidence to go to the gym I’m 28 and weigh 265. Im tired of being overweight and watching your videos has motivated me to finally go! I’m two days in and sore as hell but excited to start my journey. Thanks for everything you do!!
Keep it up, and check out legacy supplements. I take the test x9 and the x lean 5 in 4 months I was able to put on about 15 or 20 lb of muscle and drop my total weight by 20 lb, it was the first time in my life that I was under 200 lb since I was like 12

Now this is inspiring me to get back to intense workout, actually prison style which i love the most, 50-100 burpees, push up, pull ups, squats every couple hours, 3-4x a day. Loving the 4am runs now, building myself back slowly.
