'somethin hurts you gotta lift anyway' This is exactly what I was saying when I first felt a slight hip pain. Then it progressed into major hip pain. I'm now ending my week of rest and I'll be back in the squat rack Monday. I can rest when I'm dead, let's just hope whatever was tearing is recovered.
