Yes, you can carry on temporary work but if the timeframe ends then not, as then the applicant needs to leave the UK.

How much time for renew sponsor license
A sponsor licence renewal usually takes 8 weeks to process. This is assuming there are no issues with the application and that the Home office does not conduct an onsite compliance inspection.

Its not possible, if they have revoked the visa. May be they have not done it ? Have you received the email from the Home Office ?

Hello sir my company has revoked the licence before 8 months but still my right to work is valid and i can generate my share code and i have not received any 60 days notice is it okay to stay or should I leave the country?
Did your company has written you the letter or email, something as a proof ? As its a sponsor responsibility to communicate it to employee and also sponsor needs to inform the Home Office if they have not paid you in last 4 weeks.
Generally, employers are required to give 60 days' notice before revoking sponsorship. Not receiving this notice could be a point in your favor.
When I ask them they said that our license has been revoked so you need to change sponsorship.

Licence cant be expired as it will be valid until your COS is, so where that renew word coming from ?
And if the licence is not valid then how you planning to stay in the UK ? We can discuss dependent after having details above.

@@UKknowledgeGuru The company is saying that they have provided all the documents that home office asked and the company is only waiting for home office response. But i have checked online when i put company name it shows the license is removed and when i started file for my dependent there i filled company license number it shows invalid license number not found.
Until it don't show Licence Valid, Do Not Apply...And you need to figure it out about the licence asap. Is company paying you the salary, cuz technically if they paying you salary without sponsor licence then they committing a mistake

Okie, just wait until the name gets updated on the Home Office website and then apply dependent visa.
