You receive the wisdom of your body. You receive the wisdom of your heart. You receive the wisdom of the earth.
You develop the capacity to breathe into and receive all of life. There is nothing to turn away from. Nothing to fear. You hold it all in your heart and look it squarely in the eye.
It is courageous power.
It is power rooted in love.
It is embodied presence.
You welcome all of you.
