No, it did not help. My registry does not have a "config" entry (which is probably part of the problem, I'm guessing). I did, however, uninstall/reinstall the device, making sure I got the latest driver directly from the mfr, rebooted, but still did not resolve the issue. And I can't follow your instructions either, so still stuck. For anyone who may read this in the future, I'll keep looking for fixes and post an additional comment when I find something that works.

I also have another blue colour file (same colour file as config) in the network folder called MaxNumFilters should i delete that also because the config file keeps coming back

config was never there for me
My computer does'nt have the config for the network folder is that bad
After hours of searching I finally see connections listed in Network and Sharing Center and the driver shows up as working in Device Manager.
i do not have a binary option in the network portion of registry editor
Is this solution even compatible with Bluetooth not working ??
