Guys if scan for hardware changes doesn't work after uninstalling the wireless software, hold down the power button until your laptop gets shut down then turn it back on.
I wonder how many are here because of WIFI 6 Mediatek MT7921. Definitely seems like a lot of people lose this network adapter to Windows Update every couple of months.

@@WhiteXJOD Try restarting and updating the driver. Once it starts working in driver properties set the connection to 802.11ac
I don’t know why the MediaTek cards always have this random issue of disconnecting, but thanks, this helped a lot. Saved me the headache of going back and forth

@@littledyu-gi-oh3580 i went to a repair shop and he made a backup of my computer and factory reset it ( though many ppl dont want this idea but it worked for me)
I uninstalled when you told me and now the device isn’t showing up in device manager even after i put show hidden devices

Do a system restore check for the last resetting point, select and wait itll reset your system or any changes done to system back to where it was

@@easywayguides hey umm, my qualcomm atheros wireless network adapter is still having the same issue, it says that the hardware is not connected to the computer code 45 even after following each step, this problem is preventing me from using network as well since I cannot see my wifi option in my laptop (windows 10), is there any way I can contact you or maybe you can help me fix this issue, I have tried almost all solutions but still I am having this problem

I restarted my laptop and did the scan for hardware changes but still thr same problem is happening
If you can connect your pc to the internet using wire,then go to manufacturer webpage,and download driver for your adapter.

Nothing worked in my case. Wifi adapter keeps disappearing after a few moments
uninstall the wifi adapter and install new one from online

Guys if you already deleted the wireless software and it wont reinstall, do a full shutdown by holding down the power button for seconds until it shutted down, then turn it back on.

If the problem of WiFi driver disappearing occurs again, sometimes uninstalling then doing hard shutdown won't work so that you need to leave your device on shutdown for couple of hours (I can't confirm the exact time, but the device will eventually reinstall it)

We are all facing the same problem. After following the first step, we have lost our wifi driver completely. When already the hardware is not getting detected through code 45 error, how can it get reinstalled automatically? It will get reinstalled automatically only if the hardware gets detected. Unnecessarily lost our in built wifi driver also.

@@OmenXPrateek While the computer is booting press F2 Or delete Or whichever special key your computer specifies. You will enter BIOS.
Just watch what you are dooing in bios.Do not do something wrong there
@@seemamp4929 mine is ENABLED in the bios yet it still disappeared when I did the uninstall step.

I am having a problem where it is not detecting my nvidia gpu and I can't get it to even recognize it is there. I also went to Uninstall and reinstall it, but it won't reinstall it because it does not seem to detect any nvidia hardware.

@MOHAJ BJ mine is a laptop. I had to check in with tech support, I did a clean install, and that did not work. Then they had to replace the whole motherboard because of it.

i did this for COM5 port. after uninstalling, scanning, and restarting. the com5 didnt return at all. now an additional problem has presented itself. how to reinstall?
And what if my network device got a code 45 and appeared only on the hidden devices? Nothing worked.

Don’t waste your time it deleted my network adapter and I tried everything do not waste your time on this
what should I do if I deleted the camera, but there is no scan for hardware change section in the actions
Click any device category in the list, then, click the Action menu and the 'Scan for Hardware Changed' option will appear

I actually did this and this actually completely wiped out all my drivers and adapters and now im struggling to get them back.
How do you mean all drivers?you did this on more devices?
Windows is made that automatically detect any hardware attached to pc .If it doesn't than it can be that you have some corrupted files, that device is not properly attached or is damaged, disabled in device manager..
@Easy Way well my laptop was working fine, then all of a sudden i open it and i have no wifi choices, no hotspot, no wired connection option heck i couldnt even turn on airplane mode. So did some searches on youtube and did a hardware scan and it said that my adapters werent connected. I didnt do anything physically to the laptop i just opened and i barely use it its a newer laptop too. So i watched a couple videos and nothing worked then came across your video about uninstalling the network adapters and doing a hardware scan and they should reappear and restart. So i did exactly that, once i uninstalled the network adapter it disappeared from my control panel under network adapters and i did a restart, came back to see if the network adapters were back on and connected but they were missing. I was able to see it wasnt connected proper Because it said it in the settings when i chose which adapter and driver to use. I also tried to manually insert the adapter and drivers in but now that does not work
Have you tried trobleshoot?
If that didn't fixed try to run cmd as admin. enter netsh winsock reset and hit enter and then netsh int IP reset and hit enter.Restart pc and check will it recognize adapter after reboot
@Easy Way yeah i just tried that idk man still not showing. Once i unstalled the driver and reset my pc the first time it never appeared again even after using cmd and resetting again. All i have is my bluetooth device (personal area network) and thats it

If you replaced old device with new,you can't just replace.You need to make clean install.Uninstall old device from intel software.Download and install drivers for new...
@@easywayguides not exactly true. going from mediatek to intel ax210 all i am suppose to really do it install device and windows detects new device. mine detects it but gives error 45 saying its not installed. i deleted the old driver when i disabled the prior device. therefore all i had to do is install, detect, enable, and upgrade driver. i have been on reddit, discord, phone with asus etc for over 2 weeks. the problem at this point is unknown, only conclustion we can come up with is that either the ax210 isnt compatible with the antennae, which in some youtube videos its directly compatible, or the pcie socket is bad. in a handful of videos people simply removed one wifi card, replaced it and it worked immediately
came to try these fixes, they changed nothing, great video btw, but didnt fix anything

I somehow have 2 wireless adapters in my pc? But none work, i did the reinstall one on the first one, disappeared and after checking for hardware changes and restarting, it didn't come back

With what device you are having problems?windows should install device driver after restart,and for that you don't need internet.But if you do something wrong,you might be need internet
