Thank you. Wifi just randomly stopped working after a Windows 10 update today - strangely I was actively using it, and then it suddenly disabled itself. I tried the latest AC 9560 driver direct from Intel, and also from Microsoft... as well as most everything from this tutorial. The one that solved it for me was this one: downloading the latest wifi driver from the motherboard manufacture for this mobo, uninstalling the AC 9560 driver from the Device Manager with the "delete the driver software for this device" option selected, installing the replacement drivers, and finally a reboot - I'm up and running again. Thanks for all the ideas.

BIOS settings worked for me, thank you very much! For those who have another menu, just go to "Exit" and select "Restore Defaults". Then save changes and reset, it worked for me.
NOTE: I had to do this TWICE, so, if it doesn't work the first time, try again or put save instead of putting only exit saving changes.

Been at war with this issue on my Surface Pro7 for 2 days - frustrating to say the least!! Following this tutorial, my problem was solved at the point of accessing the Bios. This looks really different on the Surface Pro than it does in the video. If you're running a Surface Pro, shut down the computer, hold the volume-up key on the side, and press the power button holding the volume-up until the logo appears, then release the volume-up. The screen that loads will have a menu similar to the "General Settings" shown on the presenter's Dell. I poked around until I found a rocker-switch style button for the Wifi and Bluetooth... literally, turn it off and back on again, then restart the device. Back in business. Great tutorial, mate!

The resetting BIOS worked for me. When I did it though, it asked for a 46-digit key code to make sure it was me. I panicked a bit but then I searched where to find this key and it turned out you can get it by logging into your Microsoft account. So make sure you know your Microsoft account password before you do the BIOS resetting things using the f2 and restart! Good luck guys and thank you again T-Soln!!

The only way i got it to work was going into bios, reset the pc press f2 until setup bios opens, then go to wireless and reset to factory settings. It finally worked. Thank you

Thank you and for those that can’t see the option in the bios like me, there is another way to do it for me it was holding shift while shutting it down. My bios was the asus one that is flashy and I guess watered down as well.

Thank you SO much. The F2 store setting worked for me. Mindful that this was recorded in 2019, and I'm in 2020. Therefore the Restore Settings was not named Restore Setting, but came up as Load Defaults instead. Thank you!!

    It works!!! BIOS works!!
Thank you sooo much for saving my life in this pandemic period.
Anyway, I can't access Bios by F10 or F2 so I find this way (win 10):
Settings - Recovery - Restart now - waiting - Troubleshoot - Advanced options - UEFI firmware settings - Restart - BIOS interface vary by type of computer, so from now let's find 'Default setting' carefully
