NOTE: I had to do this TWICE, so, if it doesn't work the first time, try again or put save instead of putting only exit saving changes.

Thank you. Wifi just randomly stopped working after a Windows 10 update today - strangely I was actively using it, and then it suddenly disabled itself. I tried the latest AC 9560 driver direct from Intel, and also from Microsoft... as well as most everything from this tutorial. The one that solved it for me was this one: downloading the latest wifi driver from the motherboard manufacture for this mobo, uninstalling the AC 9560 driver from the Device Manager with the "delete the driver software for this device" option selected, installing the replacement drivers, and finally a reboot - I'm up and running again. Thanks for all the ideas.

Been at war with this issue on my Surface Pro7 for 2 days - frustrating to say the least!! Following this tutorial, my problem was solved at the point of accessing the Bios. This looks really different on the Surface Pro than it does in the video. If you're running a Surface Pro, shut down the computer, hold the volume-up key on the side, and press the power button holding the volume-up until the logo appears, then release the volume-up. The screen that loads will have a menu similar to the "General Settings" shown on the presenter's Dell. I poked around until I found a rocker-switch style button for the Wifi and Bluetooth... literally, turn it off and back on again, then restart the device. Back in business. Great tutorial, mate!
