Same here, have heard of power cycling before but didn't think it could resolve what seemed like a driver issue. But with how no version was working no matter how new or old, it almost made me think the BIOS was the culprit before having done the same as a last ditch effort... Kudos to you for eventually figuring it out, really helped me out here since everything else in the video was in verbatim what I've already tried

Yo thanks man. My Wi-Fi and Bluetooth both died so I thought it must be a problem with hardware. None of the first steps helped. I did the power flush part on my notebook. Elsewhere, they were saying you should also let it completely discharge and then leave it without a cable for 30 minutes. I did none of that. My notebook was still warm, battery not easily removable, I was afraid I'd have to screw it open to remove the battery to do this. I turned it off and held the power button, it started, after two seconds it beeped and shut down again and I waited till the 30 seconds passed though nothing happened in the meantime. I turned it on again and everything was working. Thanks man!

Sandeep, thank you so much. My laptop was acting up. I have a Dell Latitude 3301 and this was the second time I lost the WiFi Driver. I tried all the steps you have mentioned and each and every of them that wasn’t working I would move to the next one. And guess what, the main issues was the UpperFilters and LowerFilters Registry were Missing. After adding them and restarted the Laptop, I was able to see all the WiFi back again. You’re very helpful! Thank you so much!
