I want to thank you Noi....I looove anything made with pandan leaves. I was born and raised in Indonesia maaaany years ago and my mom made lots of dishes with pandan, including desserts and I still make a lot of those. We also lived in Thailand right after the war so yes, I am so familiar with all those dishes you present to us. Keep it up and thank you mama Noi.

Do the pandan leaves give a different flavour?We don’t get them in India.
Pandan has a delicious grassy, vanilla-like fragrant! But I can’t see why it wouldn’t be still delicious if you don’t have it.
