😊എന്റെ ബേക്കറി വർക്ക്‌ തുടങ്ങുന്നത് ബെസ്റ്റ് ബേക്കറി യുടെ സിമിത്തേരി ജംഗ്ഷനിലുള്ള പ്രൊഡക്ഷൻ സെന്ററിൽ വെച്ചാണ്, ഞാനും ന്റെ കൂട്ടുകാരനായ നിഷാദും കൂടി എറണാംകുളത്തേക്കു ജോലിക്കായി പോയി, വർഷം 2000
കച്ചേരിപടി ബെസ്റ്റിൽ ജോലി അനേഷിച്ചു,
വെള്ള ഷർട്ടും മുണ്ടും എടുത്ത ഒരാൾ വന്നു. ജോലി തേടി ക്ഷീണിച്ച ഞങ്ങളുടെ മുന്നിൽ തേജസുള്ള ഒരു ചിരിയോടെ, ഞങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞു
ഒരാൾക്ക് മാത്രം മേ വേക്കന്റ്‌ ഉള്ളു ,
രണ്ടാളും കൂടി കേറി യാൽ നില്കില്ലന്നുകരുതീട്ടാവും അങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞത്.
അങ്ങിനെ ഞാൻ ജോലിക് കേറി.
കൂടുതൽ കാലമൊന്നും അവിടെ ജോലിക് നിന്നിട്ടില്ലങ്കിലും ന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിലേ ആദ്യ ബേക്കറി ജോലി ആയിരുന്നു അവിടെ.
അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ബെസ്റ്റ് ബേക്കറി ന്ന് കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് ഇന്നും ആ കാലഘട്ടം ഓർമ വരും അന്ന് 11 ബ്രഞ്ച് മാത്രം മേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ.

Even though the interview was quiet good. But I think need more words from the founder as he gone through a lot of hardship during the starting time. His kids can only explain about the established business. But I think that part is fairly missing from the interview
