interesting. I have to fit one... i tried before but the rear tyre on the back got in the way. When get some dry weather will try again. On the inside of my rear door i removed the plastic trim pane a few months ago, and added a thin wooden board. Where i fitted a small fold up shelf for my gas stove.. I tried one one of the wireless rear view cameras but the latency was annoying. I can just fit a normal long cable between front and rear instead.
I want my screen higher up rather than low down where stereo is, cos when looking right down you cant see in mirrors in case anyone is walking behind in that blind spot a split second
When i fit mine i will make a short video also.. just waiting for some better weather so can show my Paj.

How is the inside of your door so clean. I have my own earth moving business going on in my back door.

Hi bud, we may be taking the dash out for a rewire on a project Gen II in the near future, but not at the minute. So long as you take plenty of photos prior to removing anything and bag everything up so you know how it goes back, you'll be ok. I've done dash removals on a few vehicles and got through it ok, just be methodical in your approach.
      Cheers.
