I used to work as a model when I was younger, and my figure was always perfect because I was very young and constantly active. Now, at 28, I can see how my body is changing, and I’m trying to find the ideal balance of workouts and diet for myself. It’s inspiring to see women around my age also working hard to stay fit and take care of themselves. Videos like these are really valuable. I feel sad that so many people can’t openly share their lifestyle or what they eat because of all the shaming and criticism online. Realistically, we know that if someone has a fit body, they’re not living on pasta, cakes, and sugary drinks all day-it’s just not possible. It’s unfortunate that we can’t learn from many public figures who might be worried about judgment for eating healthy or having a disciplined lifestyle. I’m glad you’re able to share your journey so openly. I recently discovered your channels and I just want to say a huge thank you for everything. Regards from California.

You are right about soaking the chicken - you are brining it in salt water, which makes it retain more moisture when cooking. There are some videos on TH-cam that explain what happens when you brine chicken if you want to geek out on the science of it. Foodie/food nerd here, I find it all fascinating 🤓

I’m looking into an air-fryer that’s all stainless steal. Just from one mom to another who’s on the healthiest journey she can be on for her kiddos. ❤❤❤❤❤

When the pear is not as ripe as you need it my tip is to add a bite of date vinegar to your olive oil dressing. Wow so inspiring Vita, I was not in the mood of cooking today but now feel so pumped 😊 had the same experience with my air fryer, I did not like to recipes from the app and was not sure how to use it but then found some food blogger on IG using it and this inspired me. Salmon comes out amazing but I also do potatoes or sandwiches or paninis a lot. Could you share what other protein you use for your lunches that are not animal-based? I am not so much into meat and try to use tofu or tempeh a lot but lack good recipe ideas.
