    Absolutely love my FI chiller. How much fluid capacity does this car have? I have just over 3 gallons running the stage 2 kit. Here in Houston on a 95+ degree day my IAT2 average 50-60 degrees with back to back pulls and fluid temp stays around 25-40 degrees. I’m using all braided lines and all lines on chiller have 3 layers of corking tape then covered with foam tape. My reservoir tank has 3 layers of foam and heat shield and the bottom of my intake has a thermal blanket as well. This is running on a 21 stage 3 Roush 2650 and we all know the insane heat soak issues this system suffers from. The car will switch to twins later this year and will be using the Tick performance air to water intake and can’t wait to see the IAT2 will be with a good inner cooler brick vs this Roush junk lol.

    man couldn't find any garage here in Dallas TX ( good garage) willing to install this, they all say it's headache and the AC will have a lot of issues not to mention this is aren't cheap, I can get bigger intercooler, heat exchange & bigger water reservoir for the supercharger for less than FI INTERCHILLER factoring in the labor too.
    how is it now? leak, issues?

    What was the ambiant temperature in the shop when doing the pulls

      We don't really have stages yet for the blackwing. But it's on the simpler side of things for sure
