  • The KW Suspension H.A.S. Height Adjustable Lowering Springs improve the Challenger’s steering behavior on the road and on the track, without the need to deactivate the electronic damper control. KW particularly designed the springs with the advantage of individual adjustment range. This allows height adjustment, even after installation.
This set of KW Lowering Springs provides the Challenger with a sharper appearance by lowering the ride height. The reduced gap between the fender and the tire provides the Challenger not only with an improved agile stance, but also enhanced overall driving dynamics. Furthermore, the adjustable spring seats allow fine-tuning by hand.
The coil springs are made of chrome-silicon steel formed through a multi-level tempering procedure with an annealing process. This method eliminates internal stress by heating the metal and allowing it to slowly cool. This also provides high tensile strength, which is further reinforced by the durable finish to lessen vibrations and prevent corrosion.
Progressive springs (also known as variable rate springs) are designed to be more compliant when riding over rough and uneven surfaces. Progressive springs are engineered with a low starting spring rate that increases as the spring compresses. Variable rate compression allows for a smoother ride, while still providing good handling characteristics when pushed hard. These adjustable lowering springs were engineered to be compatible with the stock size wheels and tires.
AmericanMuscle recommends professional installation for these KW Springs. The installation process takes approximately 4 hours. Please note that an alignment is highly recommended after installation.
These Height Adjustable Lowering Springs are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, during which KW Suspensions warranties its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, misuse, misapplication, negligence, improper installation, or alterations.

I've been contemplating coilovers for my Challenger SRT8, and didn't know that they make adjustable springs. The drag is that they only adjust 1", whereas the coilovers go to about 3 on most of them and wanted more than just an inch. The SRTs are already 1" lower then the other models, so I've got an advantage there

Really nice video, wish I had it for my install. I managed to figure it out on my own, but I did notice you forgot to re-install the silver shock dust cover that was removed to install the KW purch. I also opt not to re-install the factory plastic boot over the shock, as it didn't fit down inside the tapered KW spring. Thanks for the videos!

Awesome suspension video. Excited to see an adjustable option, no reason to replace the adjustable shocks

your tellling me only 2 small allen key screws holds that spring back and the weight of the car from sliding or slamming down further on that strut tower ?????

There's a second snap ring that's under there. The two small screws just keep it from rotating - they don't support it.

Is this kit also referred to as the 'KW lowering sleeve kit' ? Also, is there a kit available for the 2018 Charger SRT?

This kit does not work on the newer Challengers. I have an 2018 R/T and went to go get them installed and the front ones just collapsed. The place I went to has done hundreds of spring and coil over installs and they called KW and they told us that this kit is not meant for the 2018 Challenger

I was just about to ask them about the 2018/2019.....

J P yeah man I would go with a set of eibach lowering springs. I think these springs just work for the older challengers.

I’m late for the party but there’s a snap ring at the bottom of the strut you do not remove for the new perch to sit on, then tighten set screws to prevent spinning the perch to adjust the height. On the rear, I noticed Adam didn’t remove the shock to install the new bump stop. I’m doing a ‘20 Hellcat Charger & it needs the new bump stop
