man its so true, I used to do 4+ hrs of cold calling a day non stop and its brutal and very hard to sustain! Once I committed to 2 hrs a day and did that consistently the deals came to us!

Thanks Rick, I am 23yr 3-months in RE. I plan my day virtually wholesaling from 8-12pm then I drive for dollars from 3-6pm I didn't use any marketing. However, watching your video made me realize that I should incorporate cards tags on doors, cars, and mailboxes to attract leads. I don't have the money to make them look fancy but I am creative and I can make them appealing just enough until I can get professionals cards. Thank you again for sharing this video

I was a little concerned when I was going to be able to do the actual work when the time comes but I think my plan of starting when he goes down for a nap making my calls and things that require silence then continuing as the day progresses will work.
