    Screw all the people saying it was to long, my jeep wouldn’t start and I couldn’t for the life of me figure it out. This video saved me a towing bill and a diagnostics fee at the dealership. Thank you!

      Thanks man, I appreciate the comment! Glad it helped.
      If the video was 2 minutes long without some of the info I included, there would still be complaints that I didn’t include enough info lol. Can’t win with the comment experts. But anyone with a few brains cells to rub together should understand this issue isn’t the only possibility to cause a vehicle to NO start….and in efforts to try and help narrow down & pinpoint the issue I included other possibilities to help eliminate and accurately diagnose the vehicle at home! If I didn’t include some other possibilities I GUARANTEE the top comment on this video would be “wHaT iF tHaT wAsN’t ThE iSsUe” lol

    Yeah the haters here are just unbelievable. Have some patience and pay attention. All the details in this video provide great clues/details/help to a problem you might be having.
    This video unfortunately did not solve my similar issue which is:
    -push start button
    -hear click
    -no cranking or start
    I've checked both aux and main batteries (independently wired load and voltage tests), plus the high amp fuses. All check out.
    Despite the steps in this video not solving my issue, everything in this video is now another awesome diagnostic tool I have to troubleshoot future issues and avoid paying the near $200 per hour FCA dealership shop rate. Bottom line pay attention and learn everything you can to help solve whatever problem you have now, or may have in the future.
    Thanks for the great walk through on relay troubleshooting! I swapped around a bunch (fuel pump, starter, start stop) with non essential ones and man I was hopeful, but again, it didn't work. Kind of thinking my starter might just be shot.

      People love to hate! And social media is thee outlet for haters do what they do best, hate!
      Everyone knows what should & should not be included in this video, but they don’t know enough to solve their problems and had to look up a how-to video 🤣 i love that people know so much, but are searching videos how to fix their problems 😂
      I appreciate you having a brain & recognizing there are MULTIPLE possibilities that can cause a no start, not just one cause & one fix. When i made this video with a ton of useful information to solve a no-start problem never thought a 10 minute video would take away so much valuable time from people scrolling aimlessly thru FB & IG lol.
      Good luck with solving your issue, hope it all goes easily and well! Lmk what it ends up being!

    This video was helpful but so frustrating . You have so much info we didn’t need . I’m on the side of the road trying to find the solution as soon as possible

    • @TheOriginalBeeCee
      @TheOriginalBeeCee  ปีที่แล้ว +8

      You’re frustrated with your Jeep, not me. I’m here helping you figure out why your vehicle left you on side of the road.
      Video has to be crammed with info to idiot-proof it for comments. If i didn’t put the info, someone will be in the comments complaining. I included useful info..in my opinion at least, and you’re complaining lol. Can’t win. But, in my opinion I rather include info to eliminate as many questions as possible.
      Obviously there are a variety of conditions that could cause a potential no-start, and I felt as though they should be touched on because not every individual clicking this video is going to have this specific issue. 🤷‍♂️

    My jeep has been doing the same thing except it always starts right up the next time I start it.
    I've had it at 3 different shops for the past 3 months and no one can figure it out! It aso only happens every once in a while and doesn't through a code.
    I hope this is the problem! Thank you!

  • @FullXThrottle
    @FullXThrottle ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I know this is not “cranking” related but my brand new 22 jeep with 1100 miles doesn’t always start in the first try, it just clicks ones and turns the accessories on. It always starts on the second try when this happens. Also, the stop/start feature doesn’t always start back up after stopping, leaving me stalled at stop lights on multiple occasions. Any info at all would be helpful!!

    • @TheOriginalBeeCee
      @TheOriginalBeeCee  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Sounds like an ignition/computer issue. You need to take that thing back asap and have them warranty fix it for free! you should definitely not be dealing with that on a new vehicle.

    • @FullXThrottle
      @FullXThrottle ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheOriginalBeeCee the dealer said they could not replicate the problem. It doesn’t always have these issues, it’s kinda hit and miss. It seems completely random. I’m not sure what to do wat this point

    • @TheOriginalBeeCee
      @TheOriginalBeeCee  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@FullXThrottle wow that’s some bs. You bought a brand new vehicle, I would almost get a little firm at that point, telling them they need to keep it until they can replicate it. Although, i do know how it goes at the dealer and unfortunately most of the time they aren’t fun to deal with. And then you don’t want to piss them off either because you don’t want them to fuck up your Jeep while they have it lol smh. You could potentially reach out to Jeep..the actual manufacturer via their website vs. dealing with a Jeep Dealer.
      As far as the issue…Really hard to say what it could be. But a couple things you can try free of charge is take off the posts of the battery. Make sure they are clean tight and nothing is loose. I would take them off and put them back on regardless if they seem tight or not. Maybe even trace the ground wire and make sure its chassis mounting point is good. I would check the relays/fuses. See if any are potentially not in all the way. And i would check out relays k01 & k08. Take them out and put them back in. Maybe even potentially replace both of them. That would be a starting point I would suggest.

    I have the exact same issue, buy my the fuse you took off was exactly at the spot you changed it to. So Im a little confused. I removed it to put it back to the place you removed it from, but it doesnt clip in at all 😢

    • @TheOriginalBeeCee
      @TheOriginalBeeCee  ปีที่แล้ว

      Very interesting. Maybe there was slight differences in whatever model year you have. But from the research i’ve done, it seems all the relays are the same layout & diagram within the JL generation. So definitely weird.
      Nonetheless, if you believe your experiencing the same issue as this Jeep….just source the correct relay position from the fuse box diagram located on the cover, and just go buy a new a new relay.

    Changed the relays but the problem still exists. Especially on cold mornings. Could it be the actual fuel pump? Anyone know where it is located on a Jeep JL 2018 Gasoline engine?

    • @TheOriginalBeeCee
      @TheOriginalBeeCee  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It might not hurt to try another relay if you haven’t already. The fuel pump is in the tank, but if its just a cranking issue and runs fine afterwards, its might not be the pump. There is also a fuel pump drive module.

      @@TheOriginalBeeCee Once it starts the fan goes on and it sounds like I’m ready for take off. Then it takes about 4-6 tries for the jeep to start up normally. You think it’s the module or should I change both pump and module?

      We changed the relay too or at least the dealership did on our 2022 392 Jeep. But it happened again and we have only had the Jeep back less than a month from the dealership. Is something causing the relay to go bad?

      Well to start, this video is in relation to “cranking” which is usually a symptom of no fuel, not “clicking”…clicking usually points to ignition/battery.
      But, I can try and help figure it out if you haven’t already. Out of curiosity….How have you confirmed its not the battery? Have you check it with a voltmeter? A good battery should be 12.4v-12.5v minimum cold, after not running for several hours.

      It is what it is. Obviously…..there are multiple reasons that can cause a vehicle not to start.
      If I didn’t shed some light on other possibilities, someone else would be in the comments crying like “wELL wHaT iF iT iSn’T tHaT” or “yOu ShOuLd oF iNcLuDeD oThEr PoTeNtiAL cAuSes”. Can’t win with the TH-cam comment doctorates.
      Personally, I rather be thorough to eliminate potential questions….and if you know anything about vehicles, really everything i covered is standard diagnostics that should definitely be checked first leading up to the actual resolution anyway 🤷‍♂️
