Zx9r Radiator Refresh

I seem to be diving deeper and deeper into the bike and as part of that process I have decided to refresh the radiator.
It will be like triggers broom when it is finished but it will have my imprint on it at every turn. The finishing touch will be the fairings that Gremz is painting.

Hows the core/fins in such good condition for the age of bike? Do you have a guard fitted? Bet it looks great fitted on the bike

Full rad has been pressure tested and checks out ok. I have a guard fitted to it on the bike and yes it looks minted on the bike.

@@cj1730 you can buy sheets of perforated aluminium from B & q to make one yourself. You can also buy aluminium edging strip from Amazon or eBay to finish the look.
