    Hi Faith, you have created a very good video here. I learnt many things which were helpful, such as how to move a video to Etsy, which I did and now I have my first video on a product listing. One thing I didn't like was the long ads, rather than the ads that can be clicked off, if I'm not interested. Thank you for the effort you put in creating this video, it's very helpful.

      For example, after finalizing your product, to show in what format it can be and the process of listing it (I noticed that sellers offer it in Pdf form through Google drive - is that the case?).

    • @faithsbizacademy
      @faithsbizacademy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@alisia000 You usually sell your planners and printables in PDF format. If the file size is too large to be uploaded directly onto Etsy, then you'd need to upload it to a cloud platform (eg. google drive, dropbox) and then create a word document that provides instructions on how to download the product along with the download link of your actual product. Then save the word document as a PDF file and upload this file onto your Etsy listing instead.

    Hi Faith, How can I place my work to my desktop on my ipad. Can you present that as a lesson?

    • @faithsbizacademy
      @faithsbizacademy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are talking about uploading files, then they will only appear on the gadget that you have uploaded on. For example if you upload images in Canva on your iPad, you won't see it on your desktop and vice versa. However, if you have uploaded an image in Canva on your iPad and used it one of your projects, you will then see the same project on your desktop Canva as well. Hope this clarifies!

    hello Faith, love your videos learning a lot. I do have a question when creating a Digital Planner to sell, Is the buyer able to change your elements ( like colors, style of planner, graphs etc.) or just the areas for them to type in their own text ( like numbering the calendar, adding their notes, etc.)? Or how can I make it so they are only able to alter areas I want them to? hope this makes sense.

    • @faithsbizacademy
      @faithsbizacademy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You are delivering the product as a pdf file, so no, they can't change the elements. You can download your planner as a PDF file and then import on note-taking apps like Goodnotes and any other app on your tablet that allows you to annotate on a PDF file. You can then use an Apple pencil for the iPad or a stylus to write on the digital planner or create textoxes on the spaces in the planner to type in. If you want to create a fillable PDF planner, then you'd need to use external platforms like PDFescape.com to add fillable fields in your PDF planner.

    Hi Faith! Thank you for the wonderful video, it's very informative. I was wondering if you could show us how to add watermarks to products that we are listing, that will be removed after the customer purchases the product. Thanks again!

    • @faithsbizacademy
      @faithsbizacademy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Assuming you are referring to the images of your products that you place as part of your product listing, what you can do is add your business logo or name on top of your product image and then just reduce the transparency of it so it becomes a watermark. In that case it doesn't affect your final product delivery at all. Hope this helps!

    Thanks so much. I'm glad I found this video as my intro to Canva. I am amazed at how much ground you covered. I also like that you mentioned a few differences between the free and pro versions. I willl have to watch it again to have it all sink in. lol
    I am wanting to sell digital products and maybe printables. I heard what's hot now is planners. You did show templates. My question is about the sizes. Are there specific ones for different planners, like some sort of rule that they have to be a specific dimension?

    • @faithsbizacademy
      @faithsbizacademy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm glad you found this Canva tutorial helpful! You can refer to the written timeline or key moments timeline in the video description to help you refer back to specific parts of the video. I usually create planners that are US letter size. =)

    WOW, you have so much great information jammed into this video - Thank you so much ... For the sticker part of this video - About how big do you make each sticker if you are putting them on an 8.5 x 11 sheet - These are clipart stickers .. not planner stickers.

    • @faithsbizacademy
      @faithsbizacademy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for watching! You are right that what I showed in the video is a clipart sticker rather than a planner sticker. But the same techniques can also apply when creating planner stickers. I should probably create a video on creating planner stickers!
      If I'm putting on a 8.5 x 11 sheet, I will typically pack like 10 to 20 stickers, depending on designs, on one page so will size each sticker accordingly. I hope this helps!

    Love this video Faith! So informative as usual you always provide so much value♥ I do have a question....when you are adding images from canva, are you able to use them as is for a PLR project? Or if you change the coloring as you showed us does that change it enough? Or do we need to create our own images to stay within the rules of Canva and utilizing PLR etc

    • @faithsbizacademy
      @faithsbizacademy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Priscilla, thanks for watching! I'm glad you found it helpful! I'd suggest using either public domain images or hiring your own illustrators to draw the graphics you use for PLR products. This advice would definitely apply to PowerPoint PLR products. However, if you are actually selling Canva Templates for commercial use, as long as your customers are getting your Canva Templates which require them to log in to Canva to access your templates, you can use all the free elements in there.
