Yes you can stop it manually Pascal M. I'm pretty sure that it could cut very fine sea weed & dandelions.

Ishmael it is much smoother than the 600watt however you pretty much always get to taste seeds

Almond breeze sucks, it has like two almonds, and milk's cow is even worse. Go with simple water and pea protein isolate powder!

I just bought the 1000 , the 900 had 2 different blades, the 1000 is all in one blade and more powerful

Yeah! I wouldn't use dairy.... dreadful for the body. You can make, almond, coconut or oatmeal milk in 5minutes.Costs nothing and taste great.
