Man I absolutely love my G3! Ive said it before and idc what anybody else thinks, but ive owned and do own several pistols but man this thing is one of my favorite pistols ever. Its very light recoiling and super freaking accurate. Even shooting fast. Ive shot ridiculous groups with it. Anyway, I love it lol and my mags that came with it are mecgar mags. Oh and it will run sig p226 mags perfectly.
I bought one of these a few years ago. I got a lot of smack talk for buying a taurus. However, after 3 years it has never failed. Just like any other gun, if you keep it clean it wont have any feed or ejection failures. I did have to adjust the sights a bit but a flathead screwdriver or a punch along with a mallet can fix that with a few light taps. If youre using a flathead, be sure to find some masking tape (the paper kind) to wrap around the tip so you dont damage the finish of the sights or slide. I added a laser to mine. Its specifically designed for that model of pistol. It's from a company called Viridian in Minnesota. I believe it was the E series green laser. It was a bit expensive, but it works great. Also, UM Tactical makes a kydex holster molded to fit that exact model of pistol and laser perfectly. Its currently my EDC pistol. However, i just bought another taurus, the TH45. I havent yet found a holster for it, but it may become my EDC once i do locate a sufficient holster as well as a decent laser and light combo.
I have the G3XL, just about the same as the G3. (Shorter grip). It is a very good shooter. They call their trigger a two stage trigger; bring it to the wall and then squeeze. Good defensive trigger. I now carry my S&W 4 inch compact with suppressor sites. Very accurate pistol. I actually shoot the G3 & S&W better than my Glock 19, Gen 5. Heck, I like them all! Thank you for your video.

I've had a G3C for a little over a year and I essentially swapped the top end to that of a G3. I have a few stock 12 round mags, but I also bought a couple of 17 roundaga that do fit in the G3C as well. I bought the Toro slide kit for the G3 and also got a G3 barrel with the recoil spring that you have. It's a great range gun and home defense one as well.

I got one yesterday. I wanted a weekday edc that i can toss in the center console of my truck and thrown into my toolbox at work and not have to cry if it gets a scratch or beat up. I bought a sccy a few months back for that purpose. What a mistake that was. The g3 feels like a premium gun compared to that junk. I got 2 17 rounders with it too. I ordered the laser and holster with a 15 round mag as well with the discount card that came in the box. Cost way less than a g19 even with all the goodies. Hopefully it holds up in the long run
Awesome! It's a great firearm! I love mine. Check out Lakelinellc.com for upgrades for it if you decide to go that route. I bought their guide rod assembly and striker assembly just to tinker with it. I have plenty of rounds through it with no issues. It's a great choice at half the price of most other firearms.
I don't get into a lot of the hype of the more expensive duty grade firearms such as sig or Glock. I am a very practical person that loves a good deal but I don't want to compromise quality, and Taurus fits me perfectly. I have several Taurus firearms including the g3 and they're all good reliable firearms. CZ makes good inexpensive guns, especially the p series. I have a few Smith and wesson compact pistols but I carry a g3c. Thanks for the video.
I love my G3 and it is my new carry gun over the SCCY CPX2 or my Ruger S9! While the Ruger S9 is cool the Taurus and its second strike capability and handle are much better for my arthritic grip and piece of mind on a fouled round!
Ive had the g2,g2c,g3 and now on my 2nd g3c. Idc what anyone says I'd take them over a glock anyday. I always loved glock but not anymore they're extremely overrated. Caniks and Taurus's are my lane.
I love this gun. I refuse to pay 2 times the price of a gun like a Glock. Nothing against them but sometimes you end up paying for the name of the brand. The thief does not care when you hit him.
I have the exact same gun and mine came with 2 17 rounders as well. That said I noticed something else on mine that's the same on yours, there's no red dot behind the safety to indicate it's in the firing position
We have become a Taurus family I have had a m@p 9 a fn 503 a sig p365 and a xd9 mod2 subcompact grip zone fr years took my family to indoor range and we rented a g3 a g2c ,g2s and a spectrum to shoot while there after 2 buckets of Winchester range ammo and Somme fucchio jhp we decided to bye them my daughter. Carries the spectrum with federal 90 grain 380 jhp my wife and I carry the g2c and g2s with sig v crown 115 grain they have been reliable accurate and easy to handle . The rest of my pistols have becom range guns my daughter dose own a m@p 380 ez she likes but it’s a bit big to conceal.
Can you send me the link to the exact sights you have on your G3 please ! I’m having a hard time finding one specifically for the G3 and I know they are Glock style sights but I’m new to guns

I only put 450 rds thru mine but uts trigger is phenomenal..very smooth

I did my CCW range tes with my Taurus G3. It is a very smooth and accurate pistol. G3 and Glock 19 are very similar. The G3 is a Glock 19.😃

If Glock had a manual safety I would consider it, but it does not and only G3 does. Safety is important. For me.

Tap rack doesn't work when you're fighting and using left hand to hold back attacker. Round doesn't go off squeeze again like a revolver
