Nice video. Fall is tricky running clothes weather . Long sleeves, shorts, is a grand feeling! I wear only Duckworth for my merino base layers. They last for years so I keep going back to them. They have a great range of weights and I like the thinnest one combined with the vest for fall here on Lake Michigan’s north shore. Dollar store gloves are good until wool mitten time arrives. I lose so many of them I can’t bear to buy good ones. I also use a random thrift store vest. I have a nice down Marmot one but it’s waaay too warm until deep winter.

I have set almost all of my PRs in temps around 10 C. I sometimes wear a singlet over a merino long sleeve just to add something different.
