They're still only in their 2nd generation though. Designing your own chips (even if they're samsung fabbed) is hard. They'll get better unless google kills tensor.
I think the Tensor G2 is perfectly hyped, but the Tensor Programme as a whole is underhyped. The move to TSMC for the Pixel 10 will be huge for the market
Pixels with Tensor chips are heating too much. At least in India. None of my Motorola phones heated that much for it to shut down but for Pixel it happens quite regularly in summers.
@@vasudev8421 I purchased a Pixel 5A 5G & Pixel 6A from the US and both of them heat up easily. So much so that phone will throttle down the performance in order to prevent heating further and in case you leave the phone in your car in Indian summers with AC off, Pixel may shutdown as well. At room temperature they are good but if your usage is outdoors in sunlight, I’d not recommend Pixel phones in India. Motorolas handles heat way better than Pixels.

The difference is red fucking destroyed the competition on price back in the day. They had no real competitors due to their aggressive pricing. Now others have caught up, but that lead is still there in marketing.
That's not true, the new Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 is almost equal to 8+ Gen 1 with slightly weaker GPU and Tensor G2 is definitely far below that performance and efficiency
Every Android phone I've had takes a considerable amount of time (+1 min) to cold boot to a usable state. My Pixel 7 Pro does it in 10 seconds. The G2 is much faster than people give it credit for.
I personally can’t stand slow phones so I think Tensor G2 is perfectly hyped although I don’t know literally anyone who knows or cares about it. Apple A XY Bionic Chips are much more known to the big masses
I think they were overhyped, when google announced they’re going to use their own chip people expected a lot and in the end it was a ok chip, so overhyped for me
Whole pixel line up is overhype lul because midrange performance with flagship price and the only pro's is camera which is preferably by user and pixel os which basically just pure android with boring feature 😅
Are you writing that up cause you cant afford a pixel..? LOL Compare pixel 6/7/8 series MSRP with the likes of iphone/ Samsung S Series MSRP, it is about 200 usd cheaper
You could say Tensor is overhyped because it performs poorly and Google makes it a selling point that they use their own chip.
It’s definitely overhyped compared to Apple’s chips which are amazing.

@@2nd-placetell me you don't know about tech without telling me:
Performs poorly? It can do whatever the sdgen2 and the a15 can and it's ai smart capabilities are through the roof. What you on about
it doesn't perform poorly, its just not as good as other flagship, which is totally fine because the pixel 7's are cheaper than competition
I think the Tensor G2 is perfectly hyped, but the Tensor Programme as a whole is underhyped.
The move to TSMC for the Pixel 10 will be huge for the market
Tensor G2 is almost exynos2200. But as it has google tag it creates a bigger hype. So either tensor is overhyped or exynos is underhyped
Used both, but tensor is better. It's snappy. Exynos isn't snappy after a while.

Hey bro,are you using 7a or 7? I'm planning to buy 7,I'm worried that it is gonna heat too bad.

Saint internet.
Can we get the MKBHD jay z tech skyscraper.
You should put the subtitles higher up cus the subscribe button covers it up.
(Yes I’m not yet subscribed to this channel)
Well they want exactly that. You to press it so it would disappear
@@F2_CPBNah, it's not the case, it depends on phone to phone. In my Android phone, 6.5 inches screen, subtitles are way above the subscribe button.
Still loving my pixel 7 though, it's a very decent chip.
where is the full version?

they all look the same

Tensor performs like new 7xx series or an older 8xx QC processors.
thats not true, the gpu is much better and the optimization is great
