It is really its own thing, like you have been hiding behind the Caucasus from the world the whole time. Our Serbian cuisine is a mix of everything (Balkan, Turkish, Austrian, Hungarian, Greek), not unique like Georgian. The dish I am most interested is Chakapuli (ჩაქაფული). I always wanted to come to visit but because of the mountain hiking and the orthodox churches and monasteries. I was completely ignorant about Georgian cuisine. I thought that this recipe was made with beef, maybe that's why I didn't see that video. Thank you so much!
