Man..I’m not a veggie lover.. yet I’m a caregiver for my Mom (who was a veggie lover) unfortunately due to an ailment has lost (not Covid) most of her sense of smell and taste.. she actually keeps saying how she can taste something (which is everything) and loves your food.. I’ve tried and love a few myself.. thank you and keep them coming!

Well, this great stuffed Italian peppers recipe , is ALMOST the same with my own Greek recipe! The only differences are, that the WHOLE peppers are stuffed , without nuts. And that the rice is semi- cooked at the beginning, together with onion and garlic! The result , of course , is not so refined in serving, but, mmmmm👌👌, the taste is the same!!💕 Thank you, again , my talented friend!!👍💕🤗

I’m supposed to be house painting the main level of my house but can’t seem to get out of the kitchen making all your recipes! My husband doesn’t mind. Chicken fajitas twice this week, homemade pasta and cannelloni, chicken tarragon. Tonight it’s bell pepper sauce with thighs. My retirement time is filled with cooking! lol! Good thing I swim laps four times a week…..
...Really enjoyed all this cooking with the Peppers ... The Sweet Reds are my favourite. I ve made a pasta dish, since 1993, using Red/Yellow/ Orange Peppers, Bacon( or Pancetta / whatever is on hand) fresh small tomatoes ( blistered, the way you do them ) lots of Parmesan, some onion, garlic and fresh basil ( chopped ) and of coyrse, Italian herbs + cracked black pepper , red pepper flakes and Sakt ( only as needed ,since Parm is salty ) ..and olive oil and butter. I use Linguine / wide pasta noodles. Delish. It's such a simple and satisfying dish. The Stuffed Peppers .. yummmmm. ( but I always add cooked mince ( organic beef) to mine. :) All of these Delights look De- lish!
My stove is electric and I don’t have bbq ! So how can I burn the peppers? That chicken look so good and low low carb 😏I guess do it like recipe number 2 🤷🏼♀️all look so good thanks chef 👍👍👍don’t you think the 40 minute we cooking the peppers with meat would be enough to not cook them before ?
