I have two characters who I vision them trying to have chemistry, one is distant and cold, the ohter is a jokester, and always wanting to have a chance of others opening up their shells. I played around with their personalities, done research, added another character, and just went wild with their personalities, the parent type character, and the two childlike dummies.
@@Rosemadi.artist Here is a draft of gen 1 of my story (it constantly changes) Made-up species that consist of sub-human features known as Catas, and each Catas group belong to different regional areas, 5-6 different elements are concealed in a rock fort, which lead to different regional areas that keep each Catas alive, 5-6 individual God Catas build it after the great war, and generated an invisible barrier to keep away from the human eyes, a demi-god (disguised as a human) has the power to control time, reset, fast forward, stop, resume, etc. The demi-god fought in the great war against all Catas species for the sake of protecting a Catas princess who violated the rules of not entering the human world. Note: I'm still trying to make sense out of the plot, because I plan on making 3 generations, the first gen is after a month of the great war, where the Catas settled down, 2nd gen is 10+ years after the conflict of gen 1, gen 3 is the Gen I'm working on to make sense out of the time traveling stuff, along with each characters past, I have 16 (or more) characters, the human side of the world is modern day, the Catas is in "caveman" era where many don't have any knowledge of what humans did the evolve their society. It's a big story and I do hope I can make sense out it one day. Sorry for an essay. 😭
No this is all good and it sounds pretty interesting! For dealing with different time periods, you could just make it 3 seperate stories that take place in the same universe. But if the demi god that controls time is involved, maybe they can be in all 3 stories 😭😭 idk just throwing out ideas. I like taking big ideas and breaking them up into smaller ideas and then combining them together XD

i am one of the five tts fans (obviously look at my pfp lmao) but yeah also a lot of people ship cassandra with rapunzel so they're sort of in romantic competition as well, at least in the fandom's eyes. (I think it was confirmed that cass was in love with raps, and I mean, obviously, but rapunzel reciprocating those feelings is just speculation.) personally I only ship it as an unrequited love thing, because new dream is so wholesome and wonderful, but for all the cassunzel shippers, I totally get it, I just think eugene is the superior love interest.
Yep that's so true! The chemistry between Raps and Cass is undeniable to anyone with eyes. The way raps would continuously reject Eugene's proposals, and how many solo adventures she had with Cass. I think some of the storyboard artists shipped Raps and Cass, so it's just evident with the shots too! I mean people want to push the sister angle, but lol there was something else there too. But yeah the original Tangled movie is enough source alone to prove Eugene and Raps were meant for eachother.
I love characters who foil each other in multiple ways or even swap foils! This is my own example but I have two characters who were in a cult. Character A was the leader; quiet, cold, and nihilistic; fighting with natural force. And character B who created the group; expressive, eccentric, and hypercritical; fighting with technology. Eventually A becomes hypercritical (in a caring way) and gets out of the cult while B stays and becomes nihilistic (in a worse way than A). A and B meet again years later in a (natural) environment that foils the previous cult (industrial) environment. Yeah I also love environmental foils and foils in character design. I don't know what it is about a short boxy character and a tall pointy character but they scratch that itch in my character design brain 😌
There's so much potential for great foil energy in a cult setting because that's always ripe for differing viewpoints! Most dystopian novels have culty vibes like Brave New World, 1984 (I know it's a meme 💀), and Do Androids dream of electric sheep. All great books that deal with the conflicting views of those who are stuck in the ideology and those who aren't. Anyways if you ever finish your story I'd love to check it out!!!

So red finds out that her planet has actually been an illusion by her parents (for fame and fortune by other leaders) and she has to come to terms with it over a few chapters, at the end she tells everyone about it to gain something (also her dad is the antagonist but ya) she decides to live with her friends somewhere else but ya. Then grey is left on earth for her entire life(because of her powers) and she’s now being told about all these planets and magic but obviously she doesn’t believe it. She’s the secondary antagonist for half the thing But later she also comes to turns to term with it. However she decides to live the life she has on earth. They interact but there is no direct connection 😪but I’m also it will makes more sense if u read the thing (never gonna release the mess till it’s rewritten)
Grey is always one of my favorite types of characters in writing! I find it more common in books than television, but anyways there's so much nuance and potential with a character who still believes the lies! What you're writing definitely sounds interesting cause im a sucker for different world views in characters!
