Aaahhh. Now that I've seen the cupid vibes I can't unsee all the wings! This is a very clear and helpful video I'll definitely keep it in mind when I revamp my own persona :>
I dont know if i agree. The red moon as a contrast point not outstanding enough from the rest of the background, and because its bright on bright with the face and the moon, it does not contrast enough. The head feels more like a secondary focal point fighting for focus with the thigh, which has a bigger volume, takes up the center of the picture and contrasts heavily with its surrounding + its a solid simple shape. Thats where my eyes zoomed in on before moving right.
I can totally see that! The light on dark does stand out. I guess it depends somewhat on whether you're drawn to areas of more or less detail, since the thigh is a flat area of color compared to the face.
the saturation and contrast was really helpful imo! also i was total years old when i realized gigi and rin were siblings... they must collab immediately lol
