    The Output transient stability wont be optimal due to the 100nF. But anyway great project.

    Sir if I want 12V and 1A current for my project... How can I change my power to 12W....in circuit which part I need to change

    • @MyVanitar
      @MyVanitar  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This supply can handle a maximum power of 18W, which means lower than this power is of course no problem!

    Hi Hesam. Thanks for this design and the video. Please allow me to draw your attention to a small error over on the very helpful PCBWay article for this design. Where you see this text, 'R3, C4, and D1 build a snubber circuit to suppress transient spikes of the transformer', I think D1 should be D2.
    Thanks and regards, Rick.

      Hi Rick, Yes, Thank you. D1 is output, and D2 is correct. Typo mistakes or some small errors could happen because of tiredness. Content-making is a difficult process. Thank you that you read the article and watch the video completely

      that potentiometer in the output compensates any small transformer error. 0.65 and 0.67, the difference is very low

    Hey bro I really liked the way you taught everything crisp and clear. Can you plz also share to increase current rating to 2A and add multiple outputs to this pcb.

    • @MyVanitar
      @MyVanitar  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The chip's power is limited to 18W, so 2A for 12V is impossible. I was expecting that you invest time, watch the video completely, and read the article. I will publish another one with 2 outputs in the near future

      12V-4A means 48W. The maximum power of this Flyback chip is 24W. if you have a project request contact me via Email

    • @MyVanitar
      @MyVanitar  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good question. if you check the datasheet of the DK124 chip and the "power range" section, there is absolutely no problem with 110V-AC.

    Sir, What is the frequency when using LCR meter? 70kHz?

    • @MyVanitar
      @MyVanitar  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      it depends on your LCR meter, some of them are manual and you decide the range, so you put the selector on the range to measure your inductor. if you have to enter the frequency, you must check other parameters such as the angle to check if your selected frequency is good.

      Thanks a lot.
      I have another question.
      Why you using parallel in secondary winding?

    • @MyVanitar
      @MyVanitar  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      that's the only way to handle more currents. one thick wire or two thin wires in parallel which is way easier to wind, especially on a small bobbin

    • @산호동오락부장
      @산호동오락부장 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I wonder how you set the flyback voltage in the transformer design.
      I can't calculate your transformer design value, maybe there is an error in my calculation.

      @@MyVanitar Which one should I use Lm317 or IRF44n or anyone else?

    • @MyVanitar
      @MyVanitar  ปีที่แล้ว

      IRFZ44 is a MOSFET, not a regulator. You can use LM317 if you don't go higher than 1A. otherwise use an LM2576 switching converter. The Chinese boards for this are very cheap.

    • @MyVanitar

      Transformers can be tricky if you are confused, even this simple transformer. if you have followed my PCB and correctly soldered the components, I don't see any other reason
