If y’all are confused about the landorus, if the item is a move with a secondary effect, the moves clicked will have that secondary effect, and sheer force will get rid of all interactions of moves including recharge times, Tauros has been running body slam as an item to spam giga impact and CC for free

My hypothesis is that setting a move with a secondary effect as the item on a mon with sheer force makes it ignore all secondary effects of both the item move and the used move, allowing you to ignore all the confusion bullshit of outrage and just spam a base 120 dragon attack
could it have been gigaton hammer? then it can't use outrage again or something to that effect?

One of the funniest interactions I had in this game mode was my Swords Dance, Scale Shot, Icicle Spear Bax with Crunch as his item. Casual 20% chance to lower defense each hit sometimes snowballs way out of control but it’s super gimmicky. One time someone clicked Body Press expecting a super effective KO only for their defense to fall 3 stages and do 11%

Life Orb + Shear Force gives the boost but nullifies the recoil. This is because Life Orbs effect is a combination of both good and bad, but Shear Force only accounts for if the effect is partly good.
@@NokoTheTaco not quite. Life orb takes all effects off a move with a conventional secondary effect. So for example if nidoking goes for life orb earth power, it loses the life orb damage along with the secondary effect of EP. If it uses earthquake, sheer force isnt triggered so it will take life orb recoil.

Sheer force is just bugged this OM any item move that has a secondary effect (i.e. rock slide) it gets the boost and removes recharge/negative effects. Literally no clear reason but it could have to do with the same interaction of sf removing the "secondary effect" of life orb. Sidenote: lando has new signature ground special move that is 100 bp and still boosted by sf
