It is exciting times, my advice is you don't have to learn all of these, pick the ones that interests you the most and pursue that. Also the speed in which you can learn some of these is quite fast.

What is the selection criteria to get selected
Good question, there is no formal criteria at the moment, it is just people we see standing out doing interesting and cool stuff.
