Wow, need a tour of the rest of the house!! That garden needs to be walked through. I'm sure they spared no expense everywhere else as well.
Yes! I was hoping to see the kitchen!😂
Please, we absolutely need to see the rest of the house!
The glimpses of the garden 😮it looks like its a mature developed garden, that’s hard to do
Whoever cut and laid the tiles for the arch doorways deserves a huge bonus, lol. Nearly impossible to do well, and it looks beautiful. Bravo.
I NEED this to be a limited series on the channel. I am LIVING for the primary bathroom. I love that it feels so timeless yet luxury. The primary suite is so cozy and I love the idea of the fireplace, it blends into the room so well and I love that it isn't your traditional fireplace with a mantel. And the wallpaper is a WOW WOW WOW!! I am in love. Tan France can do no wrong in my eyes!
Exquisite craftsmanship, organization and imaginative design. The bedroom/bath suite reflects a life well versed in art, antiques and architecture, plus a strong sense of self and international influence. Tan has brought an unabashed love of classic English homes to Salt Lake City and it is simply glorious!
the house is beautiful and i love it but can we also take a moment for this VIDEO EDITING??? the music and montages are so perfectly paired 10/10 excited for the next installment in the series
the way they chose their sinks...so sweet. full of love and respect for each other.
As someone living in the global South, its still so strange to me that Americans don't build using brick and mortar! The wooden house frames, the dry wall. So different to how we build here!
What?... Every house start with woods as a foundetion and then bricks are added later on... Even in the global south.
I love the way this building uses space. It's so open and airy, yet it still feels cozy and inviting. The architect really thought about how people would use the space, and it shows
Love the concept of having your own space that's just about you two. The antique looking piece was such a great detail. Really enjoyed watching the process!
Beautiful rooms, and beautiful relationship between these two men.
One of the MOST beautiful primary bedrooms/bathrooms that I have seen! Love, Love, Love!!
It's so beautiful, we'll be waiting for part 2!
Oh this is such a teaser. We the people would yes love a whole house tour and why not make it a grand tour for you tube when those outside the U.S. can see it. Bottom line people, we loved it and thank you for sharing its beautiful.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
If I walked in to a new build project and I saw standing water in winter on a plywood subfloor I'd be firing the contractor on the spot. Its critical that a builder cover the openings or better yet can stage the windows for install as soon as walls and roof go up.
I was shocked to see how much water was there to! It was deep interior too. I’d be worried about warping and mold.
Looks like an English manor transplanted to Utah. Love the view.
True to British fashion, everything has wallpaper. The one in the bathroom works for me. As long as the client's love it, that's all that matters.
And why the water is running down to the floor?
Don't know if this is an act or what, but they sound like the most annoying and entitled clients ever.
American construction will never seize to amaze me - plywood everywhere instead of brick and mortar :D oh 'Murica, you are so weird
The energy between these two omg. The taste level is beyoooond ❤
The wallpaper in the primary bedroom is insanely gorgeous oh my gosh
Absolutely beautiful just like the two wonderful souls enjoying this amazing space Definitely want to see more ❤🇨🇦🥂
Maybe you are interested which church is depicted. It's the St. Bartholomä at Königssee in South of Germany. Gorgeous scenery.
I also saw that, the one close to Eagle's Nest
Absolutely beautiful. Love Tan and Rob's attitude toward the project and the delivery team (architects, designers, craftspeople). Would love to see a second video covering the house and garden features. As a Salt Lake City native it warms my heart that the world is learning more about this extraordinary part of the US. Kudos to all.
I love the interior, the cosy Factor and the exquisite finishes.
I hope some day you will be kind enough to show us the living/family rooms, kitchen? Hope. Huge applause to the designers extraordinaire!!
Tans hair is always just sooo gorgeous
OMG whoever directed this is incredible! Bravo!
I'm really surprised they didn't do a ceiling treatment in that primary bedroom!! Especially considering the woodsy Utah location! The de Gournay wallpaper reads Fifth Avenue NYC-but that plain, gabled ceiling reads Main Street USA.
It’s a MASTER bedroom. Go woke, go broke.
The end 😭 I love these two.
Was thinking the same thing! They are so in love with eachother!! ❤
Is there a part 2? I wanna see the spice cabinets and such
i hope they do a proper AD tour! i want to see the rest of the house!
They've released more parts on the AD website
We all need a secret to drawer by our bed to hide our.... um... diamonds. Yes, let's say diamonds.

I wasn't sure initially as I watched but seeing it all come together, it's gorgeous. I loved it. It's like a modern English manor. ♥️♥️♥️
Tan is just checking on each designer like in Next in Fashion
The painting Tan chooses at 15:43 is a painting of St. Bartholomä at Lake Königssee in Bavaria, Germany. It's a magical place, perfect for such an adorable couple! (23:55)
Obsessed! ❤the craftsmanship is out of this world.
New house……don’t wear your shoes inside :)
Is anyone else worried about mold with all that standing water in the frame stage 😬
Mr France Builds His Dream McMansion
In any developed country outside of the U.S. the house would be concrete frame and brick walls.
I’m just obsessed with this series
Can’t wait for all the other rooms
1:10 always makes me laugh bc why tom standing like a ken doll and why is his hair 10 ft tall lmao. 😂😂 they seem lovely and talented tho
@5:49 I know they're still building the house there, but how's that floor so wet ?? Doesn't it risk storing somewhere and turning into mold at some point??
Im shocked every time they mention that this is a “small bedroom” like what?
Stunning, but still so cozy and charming
Just overwhelmingly WOW!! 🙌🌟👏Exquisite details beyond!! 🌟
The Fox Group seem to be to design what Pillsbury is to baking. This is like The Sims in 4k, just a little less coherent.
I love Tan and his husband, but the orange around the bed has to go!
So TACKY!!
Why?
EVERY TIME I SEE A VIDEO OF HIM IT MAKES ME THINK ABOUT THE TIME THAT HIS BOYS SAID HIS ACCENT WAS FAKE😂😂😂 NICE HOUSE!
Aww this is the stuff of dreams✨ I felt a bit emosh near the end! I hope I find a love like theirs one day and get to drink coffee with my loved one whilst looking at a great view 🪟❤️
This what life and living looks like when you are brave , fierce , authentic and on the way to your highest potential .
its not my taste, but if they love it, i love it lol
I want to cry it’s so beautiful 💛
I’m still fighting back happy tears!
That may be the most beautiful bathroom I've ever seen.
absolutely love it!
Is anyone bothered by how much water is in the house?
oh my! what an architectural dream 😍
Who wants to live in Salt Lake City? Are they mormon?
Was I the only one who didn’t like it?
*British accent* stunnin
Beautiful bedroom wallpaper 🤩
We need to see more!
10/10 to the music choice
OMG…. Of course it’s beautiful 🙄😊Love, Love, Love !!! ❤️ ❤❤
He’s so annoying
Such a great series and house. I couldn’t wait - I immediately went on the AD website to watch the other episodes.
MAshallah
Love it and what two beautiful loving men. Such a joy
What a job the designers and craftsmen did. So intricate and inviting.
Tan: "... and this is one of my favorite parts of the room."
Rob: "This was my idea. Yeah"
Tan: "EXCUSE ME" *laughs* *head twists* "WHAT!?"
Haha, that was such a fun moment. Love that.
I'm crying!!! They are a truly beautiful couple!!! I LOVE this suite!!!❤️❤️❤️ LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
These AD clips are a boring brag fest. Normal people don’t spend $30000 on a stove a window or have legions of custom designers and fabricators. This video says nothing about design or architecture (the A in AD) and just screams “ look at how rich I am”!
St. Bartholomä Königsee Bavaria Germany 😉 vintage
Girl, he loves her so much. Her therapist comes to her. Wow!!!! That's the vibe and lifestyle I could only dream of. The house is absolutely beautiful and decorated beyond anything imaginable.
loved this!
"This isn't that large" it is a huge mansion. Gorgeous views.
Unsustainable waste...CARBON FOOTPRINT? shame!
Gorgeous content
Love this so much waiting for part 2
Stunning!!!
non structural brick clad balloon frame house
it's beautiful..but i think to have so much space then stick a bath into an alcove. i think i'd prefer it out on it's own
The thought, consideration, and craftsmanship here is fantastic, and I actually really appreciated Tan being a little tech-averse. It's clear that this house is meant to last, and he's thinking about the long term.
Love it! Bravo Tan n Rob n build team!
I've been loving this series so so much omg
Couldn't hide the northern accent.
WHERE can I buy that wallpaper in the bedroom!?!??!
Don’t like the bed and the pillows on the bed what’s going on there more pillows the bed does not look cosy nor comfy
This had got me obsessed I need more ❤️🙏
the white bedroom ceiling needs to be painted green
Just. Well done. It’s wonderful
It's undeniably beautiful and absolutely gorgeous! 👏🏼👏🏼
*cries in poor*
맘에들어요!!!
Oh my goodness this NEEEDS to become a series!!
lol i knew it Tan's closet had entire episode yet rob's closet is a nook somewhere...
Surprised that this bedroom and bathroom are so feminine. I guess to each his own.
dude, I'm obsessed with this series
So beautiful I teared up, paused, followed The Fox Company on Pinterest, came back watched the rest, & cried. So happy for Tan & Rob. Bravo AD.
Is the Pinterest called "The Fox Group?"
@@therealJamieJoy Yes, you are correct. I just looked at the Pinterest page that I followed earlier today. Thanks for clarifying!
