B I N G O! Patience!! It is the biggest lesson I've learned, and key to success and longevity in this business. (no matter if you have 40 items or 40,000 items for sale) Had to laugh "and cheap storage" how right he is! Loving the series Dom.
Absolutely loving this series....and I probably will never sell a comic in my life. Wonderful information. Getting more out of this than most other people's videos I watch. 🐰
I’m really glad to hear that Bunny because my goal was to try and help people in business and life (more on that in a future video) with this series even if the person watching does not deal in comics.

Wow he’s a freaking genius! Such insight, wisdom and chutzpah! What a shame he’s not also a politician, somebody like that could actually change the world for the better!
😀💯 What an awesome interview, Dom ! Man... I felt his presence reaching into my soul ! Valuable insight (while also entertaining 😀) that he not only has from 50 years worth...but from the start. Thanks Dom! 👊
Man his philosophy is exactly how I think. I see this happening with Limited Run Games games, they are releasing physical copies that are limited to only 2500 copies worldwide (in some instances) which is practically nothing! As soon as people get them I see the market flooded while Im sitting here on them knowing in a year or so they are going to sky rocket. This video was awesome! I love Chuck's mindset it's a nice reenforcement to how I think about some things which other people don't because a lot of people lack vision and want instant gratification.
It all depends on your investment objective which includes time horizon. He obviously has the benefit of 20/20 vision which ha worked out for him along with perhaps capital. Love the vid and looking fwd to continuing watching what transpires next.
So glad to see this video and learn valuable selling techniques to increase profits. Chuck clearly is his own boss. You can implement his principles on selling all types of merchandise, not just comics.
We do the same thing. I don't care if I sell it now or in 5 years. Patience is a virtue, and most people don't have that. Had someone make a low offer, and said it's been on forever so I should let him have. Of course I nicely told him I;m not at all in a hurry to sell it.
I am not a big fan of PC and I can tell Chuck isn't either LOL I loved how honest he was about his views, and thank you for the great story about the letter - that took courage! Not racing to the bottom is part of being patient, and that helps all of us, so that is part of being patient! I talked to my brother and he said a Mile High near him closed but he hadn't seen this one, so I sent him your 3 videos in the series so far, and it winds up my niece is a big comic fan so I asked him to show them to her too! Thank you for sharing!
Right out of the gate on this video I see an Avengers comic in the back......I'm assuming it's a purchase you made and that it's awesome! We'll see as I watch :) Love these vids.
Should Something happens to me. I'm willing my own comic book collection to this Warehouse in Denver. The man has integrity and I would imagine in the event of his own passing. He has taken measures to secure what is truly important.🙂
Excuse me, but Phil Seuling developed the concept of the direct market in 1972 with Sea Gate Distributors which he refined over the years improving the distribution of comics to specialty stores. He lost a monopoly suit in 77/78 which led to the formation of tons of distributors.
Sure he did, but that lawsuit was one of the other factors I referred to that led to Chuck to help retailers get more favorable deals with publishers. Phil blamed Chuck as one of the instigators of his downfall due to his meeting with Marvel.
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter I can't ascribe anything to Chuck back in those days to anything other than making sure Chuck helped Chuck. As to Phil, wouldn't he have had the same terms? I think he might have gotten in over his head. I admire Bud Plant. He said this isn't working and I don't want to be doing it and sold his comic book distribution company. BTW, I was never enamored of Saunders over at Lone Star. He used to charge a quarter whenever a customer added or deleted a title on their pull list.
Steven Bond Chuck has many others sign into his letter and the deal he struck with Marvel was extended to other comic stores owners. Not sure about terms for Phil but whatever they were, the other comic store retailers were not getting them at the time.
Shame you didn’t try to get him a functional webpage, Mile High has the least helpful webpage you could build back in 1997 and it hasn’t changed since.
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter hey dude ive got a question please. I just got my invoice for ebay fees and it is outrageous....like 25% at least. How do you feel about the cut they take on the shipping? seems REALLY unfair to charge fees on that when we dont make any money on it and everything. I understand WHY they do it but there has to be a different way to prevent that. Also any tips on keeping fees/invoice as low as possible would be a cool video in the future. Im really frugal with my listing fees and make sure to take full advantage of free listings and promotions and it still seems pretty high... thanks for your time
He’s a smart man! That letter was brilliant! He’s a way maker! He’s got a lot of wisdom ! I like this man!
I had a feeling you’d like him. Stay tuned for more!

Thanks Grace! More to come!
I love his terminology "moron factor" so true!!
What a great interview with a cool guy. I really like Chuck! He has a sharp mind and speaks it with no problem, Thanks Dom
Thanks Karen! Glad you are enjoying the series!

I'm taking a trip to Mile High because of your video.. After the Corona 🤣😂

He is spot on with his words! Matt
Indeed!

LOL. I was thinking of you when I put up this video. Knew you would agree!
It's not always true, there are many factors that come into play, otherwise Chuck would still have that Edgar Church Action 1.
Great video great strategy love your channel reselling and comics best of both worlds. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Willie!

Oh that’s great! Yes, he consolidated his warehouse and some other stores into this mega store. I hope your family goes by and checks this one out!
Prime Time Treasure Hunter I was wondering if that’s what happened! I will tell my brother! My niece Nova will be beside herself, thank you! 😀
I’m from Syracuse too
Cuse Nation!
This dude is my favourite
Catching up on your videos today. I'm way way behind. A+++
Thanks! 😊 I appreciate it!
I really love Mr. Rozanski. And him being political makes me love him more. Great video
Thanks. Enjoy the series! Please subscribe

Chuck is very wise
Yes he is!

Robert Kawasaki says the same thing. Don’t be a slave working for the wage.
Yep

Even his website is vintage. Dont try it on a phone lol
Only problem with the hold method is time is a "bi*ch". Life is finite, we don't live forever.
Looks like chuck is cynical too haha. My name lol
Same here. Lol
